It took over 10 phone calls and several emails before I finally received a response. I was told they would take care of the damage, but after that, they stopped answering my calls. I've been unable to reach a manager or anyone in claims, as they are never available. Due to the lack of accountability and poor communication, I can no longer recommend parking here.
