The day I was there they only had one shuttle working, although they claimed they had 3 which was impossible, because we were all waiting 25-30 mins for a shuttle to arrive at the lot. When the shuttle did arrive, they asked "who was waiting here first" the fact that they trust people to be honest, blows my mind. They need a better system, such as numbers or tickets or something. A party of six who arrived way after us push past everyone and got on forcing us to wait an additional 20-25 minutes. When I brought this issue up to the all of the employees, they were very dismissive, rude, and not helpful at all. No one wanted to hear that/ take accountability they all had very bad attitudes Some people had to take an uber to the airport. I picked this parking lot because it was more expensive than the others. I was assuming because of this price everything would've gone smoothly, but I guess I was wrong. The person I dealt with on the phone answered on my first try, was very professional, the procedure (emailed confirmations and 15 minute early arrival at my house and a text when they arrive) was also very professional, and they remembered on both legs of the trip to use a large SUV that accommodated our snowboard bag + 3 suitcases. (We've had other services show up with the wrong car - when we had specified about needing a big car for the snowboard bag - and we have to make a flight!) Our return flight was re-directed to EWR from LGA and the time was changed. No small thing, but the driver was there at EWR when we arrived and he was wearing a suit!
