The major reason I went to the restaurant was a yelp deal for 1 free dessert (as posted on the coupon). Once I got there and opened up the coupon, it said I had to spend a certain amount of money to get it, which was extremely disappointing. Not sure if it's yelp's fault or the restaurant's fault for the false advertising. I also waited at the front of the restaurant to ask the owner about the coupon while she talked to the only other people in the restaurant for 10+ minutes, even looking at me and returning to converse. I eventually had to interrupt them to get my answer - which did not result in a free dessert. Those are the only reasons this is not 5 stars. The food was excellent. I got the Tuscan Pesto Pasta. Just like some of the reviews said, it is a little tough to figure out how to get here if you've never been but since we new that from the reviews my hubby had his eyes peeled and saw some people walking out of a little "hallway" in the strip mall. There was a sign called "English Creek Center" and you go in there and then you have to go upstairs. Despite the fact that it was tough to find and yes ordering is on a kiosk, the food was amazing!!! The gentleman who came out from the back to greet us was very nice and explained how to order on the kiosk. They do recommend take out or delivery but we drove about a half hour and I called ahead to make sure we could dine in so we did just that. They bring your food out in to-go containers which was convenient since we didn't finish all the food we ordered and took it home for leftovers. We ordered the honey garlic cauliflower, the vegan crab cakes, the Tuscan pesto pasta and the vegan Chicken Parm. Everything was delicious! We definitely ate too much because it was so good! I did the "check in" for a free dessert on Yelp so we took our free vegan cheesecake to go! We were too hungry to get pics before we ate so maybe next time! I was in the area so I googled Vegan Restaurants. Vegan 15 popped up so I decided to give it a try. First off, it was a little hard to locate. It's tucked away on the second floor of a strip mall with a very small sign out front. At first I thought that maybe it was out of business because I couldn't find it. Luckily, my husband said let's walk around a bit and we went upstairs and located the restaurant. It's actually not even a restaurant. Looks more like just an open room with some tables where you place your order on a computer. There are actual multiple restaurants to order from within the same "restaurant" so I was a little confused at first. Glad my husband said let's give it a try because we were pleasantly surprised. We chose Vegan 15 on the computer and the menu came up. We decided on the vegan wings, a Buddha bowl and an Asian dish. All the food was very very good. We did not have to wait long and the man bringing us our food said all the food is made fresh. All the people working there were so very nice and the food was really good. We decided to eat in instead of takeout and while we were eating so many people came in picking up their orders. Seems to be a big hit with takeout. Yes the location is very weird as you have to climb a flight of stairs in the elements, but the food was pretty good other than being overpriced. I highly recommend the Crab Cakes, the best vegan kind if you're willing to shell out $5 a pop. The workers don't speak much English but were nice enough to call their owner if there's ever a problem. Definitely worth a try and FYI the halaal restaurant is in the same 'cloud kitchen' with the same owner, it's a unique concept and for sure deserves a try. read more

Just had lunch at this unusual place. We had difficulty finding it since it's not in a normal store front. When you walk in, you order on a screen. Because we were almost a hour away, we asked to eat in. Obviously due to the pandemic, most of the business is takeout. My husband and I both had the chicken sandwich with fries. I did not even want to give this location 1 star as from the start it was very difficult to find the location due to their poor signage. Secondly and most unfortunate part of our experience is that we found hair in our food. We called out the owner which took a minute because this is a Kiosk based only service. After the owner finally approached to look at the hair we found- although it was clear in plain sight, she acted as though she couldn't see it and proceeded to ask us to dig it out and place it on paper for her to see it. Once we pulled out the nasty hair from the dish - she finally acknowledged their wrong doing. Asking if we wanted a new dish or refund. Of course we requested the refund and we were only reimbursed for the dish that had hair- even though our entire meal was ruined as we would not touch another bite after seeing that hair. They only refunded us for the yoga bowl even though our entire meal was ruined. So Here's my thoughts on this place. It's not a restaurant for one it's like one restaurant within two others inside a kitchen. You can't actually even dine there period. I was so confused when I got there. My cousin and I approached the young guy who as at the I guess host stand who disgustingly enough didn't wear a mask BIG COVID HAZARD FOR SURE! He even went into the kitchen several times without as well. He told us he got our online order at 1:03 on the dot. We waited and waited asked questions he was nice but overtime seemed completely over our asking of our food. So about half hour in he said we have 10 minutes till the foods done. Ten minutes went by nothing came out. We asked again his face with disgust and carrying out Togo orders and said it's almost. Another 10 went by he said were getting your dessert ready. By then we were so furious and disgusted by his annoying face and no response. Finally at exactly 2pm an hour later our food came out. We took it he tried apologizing but we knew he didn't care so I'm like yea sure. My cauliflower bites were COLD, I literally struggled to enjoy them. The flavor was good but i was so mad and furious of how cold they were. The others enjoyed their foods as well but the temperatures were definitely not steaming hot. I surely know that our food was done for a long time and kept it to the side and then packed it all late so it came cold. The owners and or chef whomever runs the place were very disgusting and rude because they came into their restaurant and didn't greet us or ask if we needed any assistance nothing. They too weren't wearing masks so I'm sure the kitchen staff didn't either. SOMEONE PLEASE CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT CDC OR SOMETHING AND SHUT THEM DOWN OR GIVE THEM A CITATION. I don't usually write bad reviews but this is ridiculous. I made the mistake of ordering 2 things from the non vegan menu on the kiosk. No one is there when you walk in just a screen. I ring the bell and a man comes on eventually. I tell him I made a mistake with 2 items. He Tells me they are out of 1 dessert item and the other non vegan one he wants to substitute them both. I said it's ok I don't want that just refund me. He says it will take 2-3 business days. No problem, do that please. Then he says he can make the chicken wings vegan. I say ok. Great. Then I say you know what forget it. Cancel my entire order except the mango lassi. He says it will take 2-3 days to see it on my card. I said I don't care just cancel it. He says ok. I wait for about 30-40 minutes he says it's coming and brings out my entire order. I said I wanted to cancel this! I was scared that the food was all made in 1 kitchen but I also did not like the vibes of the place and didn't want the food. The cauliflower was practically raw and the seitan wings tasted like they came from the freezer. He says I can't get my refund yet I have to wait for the manager to come in later in the evening. I tell him I am from NY I can't come back I need to make sure I get the refund. I ask for a receipt to prove that I will get my refund. He says he can't do that because he needs the manager to login he doesn't have access. There is nothing he can give me to prove I am owed a refund. He says it's fine I will get the money. I call that night she isn't in yet, but when she gets in it will be done. I wait a few days and my card was charged the entire amount. This was October 22. I call back November 2 and he says at 11am they are not open call back at 11:45. I call back at 11:45 and the internet is down. He says I will call you back once I complete it with the manager, worse case he does apply pay or Zelle. I say great. I call back a few days later he says you didn't get the money! We void the purchase that same day you called! Now I am confused because how do you void something that was already changed from my card? I text the number he gave me to give him my number to apply pay me. It is now November 11 and I have yet to get a refund. I don't think he ever planned to give me a refund which is why he made my entire order even after I asked for it to be cancelled. It's only about $15 of a refund but if their system doesn't allow for easy returns unless the manager is there they should probably find a new POS system. Does the manager even know about this issue? Very interesting place with great food. Not really your typical restaurant. Was explained that they are starting slow and building their delivery and take out business. We ate there and had the option of ordering from all three menus (vegan, halal, and Indian) all of which operate out of the same kitchen. Have tried the yoga bowl, the thai green curry, crabcakes, falafel, and the cream of spinach. All of these dishes are very tasty, the yoga bowl combines a dal tadka (yellow tempered lentils, (chana masala) a curry chickpea dish, with a small salad all over a bed of a rice of your choosing, this my favorite dish here and highly suggest others to try it especially if you want a large portion and a variety of flavors in one dish. The thai green curry is delicious as well, and features vegetables in a coconut cream sauce with seasonings served with basmanti rice on the side. The "crabcakes" are a win. The falafel are a big win as well. The man and woman in charge there are very friendly and hospitable. Give this place a try and especially try the yoga bowl if ya want to try some famous indian dishes.
