Debbie and Ashley have been such a professionals and have taken amazing care of our crazy lovable boys. They keep us updated on how the pups are doing and are always looking out for them, changing plans if weather is bad and making them feel comfortable. They have even left us sweet notes when we returned from longer trips. Trusting your home and your pets with others is always difficult but Debbie and Ashley have made it so much easier and given us peace of mind when we cannot take them with us. We will be moving out of the area and I think the hardest part will be giving up our amazing pet sitters! Her company name is On Command but for whatever reason, it doesn't show up. Melissa does an outstanding job training both the dog and the owners. We started using her because we really had no solid foundation on how to train our golden retriever. She showed up at our home and we instantly loved her and so did Zinnia our puppy. We elected to board/train her while we left for vacation and she exceeded all our expectations. Zinnia is fantastic and we have plenty of information and tools to continue working with Zinnia on our own but Melissa will continue being our trainer on more advanced skills (service dog) and we feel like we have made a new friend also. So PLEASE, do not hesitate to call her but make sure to leave us some time too!

All the animals enclosures were clean and in good condition and the place didn't smell awfully like most pet stores often do. I haven't bought anything from here personally, but I did enjoy some window shopping and was very impressed with the quality, variety, and cleanliness of this establishment.

This is my second bird (green cheek conure) from this place, it has been hand fed and is tame due to the important daily interactions it receives from staff giving consistent scheduled feedings to ensure the bird is perfectly healthy to take home. When we got her back after the 2 weeks, she was completely potty trained, her bitting was down to a minimum, and she was listening so much better. She is a lab (and a crazy one at that), so we have to continue working with her to keep it up. But the program helped give us a foundation to work with. Michael is an amazing trainer, his patience with her was so impressive. When we picked her up we could tel that they treated her like one of their own and made her feel comfortable. Will definitely be going back for a more intensive training program in a few months. In the meantime, we will be recommending everyone we know to Custom Canine Companion.
