My husband and I have lived here for over 2 years now and can't imagine living anywhere else! Maintenance is always very quick to respond to any maintenance requests, neighbors are generally great, and the front desk staff is very attentive! We have not had any issues with pests, mold, or anything of that nature. We never have any issues finding convenient parking and the valet trash comes every night to pick up our trash (except Sundays). My review could be biased, because of where I'm located in the complex. But my unit is constantly flooding, because of the poor construction. Tonight was the worst - I couldn't get the water to stop - tried calling the emergency line they have on the site for residents... it went to a guy in Utah. My second bit of feedback is about the noise levels as well. I've told management multiple times about the parties, and people literally screaming in the common areas. After looking at several locations in central Florida that all had similar state of the art amenities and apartments/layouts. We chose Veer due the outstanding customer love that we experienced from day one. It was very clear that the management team and front office staff truly care about the residents who call Veer Apartments their home. Emerson truly made our experience and application process pleasurable. He was courteous and friendly and efficient and responsive to all of our needs and questions. Totally knocked it out the park for sure!!! Sandra was always available and knowledgeable during the process and offered her assistance for any and all things. Eric has such a warm and welcoming approach while conducting business and puts his special twist on things to personalize your experience. The grounds are well maintained and the cleanliness speaks for itself. We can't thank you enough for everything!!!! read more

The staff is very nice, but PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE if you are handicap or suffer from any injuries... the elevator is down at minimum once a week and as I am typing this it has been down for almost 5 days. We just got new management so hopefully they are better than the last one who left this property in dirty shambles. Resident, here: I have nothing but amazing things to say about my time living at Veere! My partner and I moved to the Orlando area in October '20 and were looking at a number of different properties in the area. If you've ever toured apartments before, you know the typical approach of the leasing agent trying to add pressure on you to get you to submit an application sooner rather than later - this was absolutely NOT the approach I felt here and it was so appreciated by both of us. Victoria was an absolute professional - from the first time we called from the car (although my partner had spoken with her before), I could tell we were in for a wonderful afternoon of touring different units with her. (NOTE: We had some more flexibility when touring apartments - this was, I believe, when movement first began following the COVID-19 shutdowns. I wouldn't be as relaxed regarding submitting my application now - the units have seemingly begun filling up rather quickly, and it's no surprise.) Victoria was incredibly patient in showing us as many apartments as we requested, and also in understanding that we had a few more days of touring other buildings. Regardless, our thoughts kept shifting back to Veere. The facilities are beautiful, the location is IDEAL, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. When we were getting to the nitty-gritty of deciding which unit we wanted, we were headed back home to Fort Lauderdale and Victoria even took video tours of specific units for us. I mean, what's not to love? The process was made so easy for us, even living several hours away. FACILITIES: Beautiful! And there's something for everyone. The well-appointed, two-story gym and virtual golf setup aren't exactly my thing (I've never been the athletic type), but the pool, hammocks, fire-pits, and communal living spaces are absolutely up my alley. They're all kept immaculately clean and organized. Even the Clubhouse (the central hub of communal living areas) has a very pleasant, light fragrance that, to this day, still makes it feel like coming home. Also, having your packages kept secure via the Luxer One system is game-changing - no more having your Amazon deliveries stolen off of your front porch... (I'm looking at you, Fort Lauderdale), you're also notified via the app or email when a package has arrived. LOCATION: My partner and I are theme park enthusiasts, so it's no surprise as to why this location was perfect for us. Regardless, though, it is certainly a wonderful area that's very accessible to many local amenities or to I-4 should your plans require you to go downtown, the airport, or elsewhere. I work in and out of the Orlando International Airport and it's a dependable 20 minute commute regardless of time of day. Admittedly, most restaurants in the immediate area are more chain restaurants, but there is a thirst for some local flair and I have a feeling that, once the surrounding area begins developing more, we will see local places moving in, too. Also, the Target across the street: I'm a MN native (Target's motherland) and I'm OBSESSED with our boutique-style Target across the bridge - my apartment actually looks out at the sign in the distance, which feels homey for me. One is likely not going to do their entire monthly haul there, but there's at least one of everything you need to get you through on a day-by-day basis. STAFF: It feels weird calling them "staff", to be honest. It sounds cheesy, but they really are like close friends. Not in anyway unprofessional, but they're always welcoming and saying "hello" or asking about your day when they see you in the hallway. There have been times where I've been out of town at work and a package has been delivered to my door (not common, but it can happen from time to time) and one of the folks in the office has emailed or called asking if I consent to them placing them inside my door. It truly makes the entire experience of living here feel very neighborly. And again, they only ever seemed to want what was best for us when we were touring apartments. That isn't something I've felt with a lot of rental properties, and as someone with awkward anxiety, I absolutely appreciated their patience when it came to us making a big step during a big move. In conclusion... I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! Seriously, I mean it when I say my move to Orlando has completely shifted my views on living in Florida, and my home is the foundation where I made that change happen. PLEASE consider checking out their website, calling, or stopping by at some point if you're interested in the area. I always semi-joke with my partner that I wish we could have just bought our beautiful apartment. Renting will have to suffice for now. :D :D read more

I've been living here for about two months now and all I can say is, "WOW!" I have never seen a more attentive front office team. Tori assisted with our move in and has been remarkable everyday since. If someone from corporate reads this, give her a raise! The property is beautifully maintained. This community use to be very nice a couple of years ago while Kyle managed. It use to be a clean, welcoming and breathable environment and a zero tolerance policy for anything else! Not anymore! We currently pay well over 2 grand per month to smell weed all through the hallways and in the dirty elevator. We also smell it all outside our building. This area is not on the bad side of town, so we are very confused and let down. The hallways... what a piece of work. They stay filthy for weeks on end with stains and spills and trash in the common areas. HORRIBLE. Not to mention we live near a construction site and they are out there at 4 and 5 in the morning waking people up with banging and beeping, which in my opinion should be illegal. Just an all around poor experience. Do not move here whatever you do. This place has gone DOWNHILL!!! The elevator is broken several days out of the month! read more

Never have I enjoyed living in a community SO much. Since the day I moved in with my significant other and our child, and little doggy!; A Community and FAMILY. I have lived in Celebrity filled, wealthy communities and The Management at VEERE as been THE most accommodating, pleasant and involved staff that I have ever experienced. They TRULY care about their residents. They make SURE you are getting everything you are paying for. The communication and response time is INCREDIBLE and nearly immediate. They make SURE that all of the amenities included, and grounds are IMMACULATE. Having said that they make sure everyone is following the rules here which I REALLY appreciate so you don't have to worry about getting an unpleasant neighbor or loud parties, or the grounds getting dirty, they won't let that happen. Also, through this crisis of COVID-19 they have gone ABOVE and beyond to help us cope. They check on us. They sent us activity ideas to do around the property while still maintaining social distancing. They printed and laid out documents for us (we run a company and often need to print) which was so so helpful, they let us use the gym by reservation ONLY one at a time and thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use. After I had a surgical procedure, management wrote and asked me if they could bring me anything or if I needed any help with anything (SO SWEET). I am VERY picky and detail oriented, so choosing where to live after living where I have lived was especially complicated and daunting. But choosing VEERE was one of the best choices we have made since moving to Orlando. The area is very nice and very safe. Access to a lot of awesome stores and things to do. Maybe about 15 minutes from Disney World. The views we have from our HUGE balcony are breathtaking, especially the sunsets. The complex is very open so its hard to get a bad view. I feel SO safe here with onsite security. The dog park is VERY clean my my pup LOVES it! The over all look is super modern and clean, which I love. Brand new everything. They make really great use out of the space in the apartments! There is SO much storage space which helps so much with keeping the house organized and clean. The washer and dryers are huge and work VERY well! All of my utility bills have never been so cheap. The gym is phenomenal! Very clean, sanitary wipes available, TV's also so my daughter can work out with me or watch some toons when she gets bored. The two story set up is beautiful with floor to ceiling windows and views of the pool. I can't even begin to describe how awesome the pool is. Luxury resort style. Lots of space so its never over crowded. Hammocks, and faux grassy areas, shaded cabanas, music, rooms to rent for events, the library, i mean I don't have space to write about how awesome it is here you'll just have to come see for yourself! There are too many amenities to list. Also they are about to build a boardwalk nearby so these rates are amazing I would snatch up the units before its too late! Anyway we LOVE living here. This complex has gone downhill since new management arrived. They have done a poor job thus far and the halls are always dirty and you find food on the stairs that sits there for two weeks or so due to lack of cleaning. There's also spiders and spiderwebs in the halls and stairs. This is supposed to be a non-smoking community but I've seen multiple people smoke by the pool and on the stairwells. There are so many cigarette butts everywhere! It's ridiculous how dirty this place is. Many people don't pick up after their dogs and the new management don't seem to care or take interest in the current tenants. The old management actually cared and threw multiple events and knew each tenant by name. There isn't much of a walking area for dogs either. Plus you hear the Highway noise constantly so take your money elsewhere because this area keeps getting busier with tourists with the constant building of new stores/restaurants nearby. read more

all i can say i am so happy to be out of that complex!!!!! when the company took over it went down hill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i moved in when they had specials had given a check for special did not honor it !!!!!!!! then from the start i had nothing but cockroaches yes cockroaches had my apartment sprayed many of times nothing helped !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! then the man upstairs had his water running had a flood !!!!!!!!!!!!!! then when i was suppose to receive my check back told erick no apartment number on it he just say you get it had told him no did not listedn it went back to office a month later yes i was right they never wanted to take responsiblitie the noise is awful cops at our building when they had knew tenents i think because there was mold in my apartment that is why i had cockroach city moved to a knew home what a difference !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
