I understand that things come up, but the complete lack of communication or acknowledgment afterward was incredibly disappointing. A quick call or message to reschedule would have shown basic respect for my time. What's most frustrating is being left standing outside early in the morning with no explanation -- and no accountability since. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
