She told me what she does and I but that to memory. I did some research about the company, and talk to some of my friends in the business. after their positive comments, I took it to the next step and gave her the measurements, but she took it even further, she came over and made some very good suggestion that the owner and I loved. The owner purchased the cabinetry, I chose to pick it up at their fort Lauderdale location. I was helped with loading, back at the condo I assembled the cabinets with ease, installed them. the owner and I decided we needed to change 2 of the cabinets and talked with Stephanie. what a professional. 2 days later the cabinets came, installed, very satisfied customer. Some parts are missing, some are incorrect. Now we need to wait again for who knows how long to finish it. Design doesn't make any sense. Roll out shelves laid on top of regular shelves and are shorter than them. The gap between the doors is ridiculous. Little details were not clearly communicated to us. $30.000 should get you a better looking product, but this is embarrassing. I wish i could go back and undo this whole thing. Rasin came in and immediately put me at ease - offering his expert advice but ultimately making sure I got what I wanted. We exchanged renderings and notes for one day and that was the extent of the design process. Installation was quick and simple and it was exactly what I wanted! Keep in mind I did have to have an electrician involved to get the lights, tv and integrated fireplace all installed but he was very clear about that up front. I would absolutely recommend Rasin and plan to use him again in the near future!

Another reason was that I wanted to get tested but unfortunately, they were closed on Sundays which was disappointing since the website said they opened till 6pm. Regardless I drove to Ft Laud, got my test and why did I not leave? I ended up buying shoes, brand new cups for my drinks that I can carry to work, a wooden chopping board, Christmas decorations, and vintage signs. I had a ball. I'm inspired to declutter some more because I know my small contribution is going to a good cause versus dropping it off at a regular thrift store. The staff was super nice. I mean super!! Even when I got tested, the person took the time to go over so many things I didn't know and was very much educated on, and will be visiting the following Sunday to discuss. There's such a stigma around HIV, getting tested, and talking about these in my community but these are real issues that need to be spoken about openly. I'm so appreciative of this organization and will only be donating to the closet.

The thrift shop has a wide open floor plan with low racks for easy navigation through the inventory. Plenty of gently used clothing with corner displays of household goods. I found an incredible skulls and roses 2X collar shirt for only $12.00, but of course it was manufactured in China and my arms could not push through the sleeves - this is a common issue for me. Good supply of Halloween ornaments and Pride costumes. All items are priced very reasonably. The shop offers a clinic for free HIV testing including a full service pharmacy. The thrift shop is a non-profit business and all proceeds go toward AIDS Healthcare Foundation.

The original green paint was still showing through in multiple areas, edges were uneven, and squares were left unpainted around wall-mounted items instead of removing the hardware (which we were charged extra for). ​When I pointed out the visible green paint during the final walkthrough, the supervisor was incredibly dismissive and hostile, making the experience deeply uncomfortable. Days later, when we opened the closet, we found the door had been reinstalled incorrectly, pulling the baseboard away from the wall and causing structural damage. Furthermore, the crew failed to properly protect our belongings when they returned for additional coats on day 2. We found paint and dust on our furniture, and pink wall paint splatters on my electronics, black furniture, and other expensive items in the room. ​When I contacted the owner to resolve these issues, she refused to take responsibility because the walkthrough was signed. She went so far as to demand my private doorbell camera footage to prove no one else entered the room before she would consider returning. We ultimately had to hire a separate painting company to completely repaint the room and fix the damage, which cost us nearly half of what this company charged. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience as a real paying customer.

Her and husband came out again and explained the process throughly. They let me know, they are not satisfied until the customer is satisfied. I found their estimate to be reasonable. It took 2 days to paint the house, then they came back the third day to pressure clean my driveway and the walkway to my house. The other 2 companies I requested a estimate from never mentioned they'll pressure clean the driveway and pedestrian walk to my house. The supervisor checked in on the workers and me to see if everything was going OK. The painters Lena and Juan did a fantastic job painting my house. Ironically, it's the same color of my late mother's house.
