I booked an appointment for a full pedicure which lasted about 30 minutes. The nail technician lady was friendly and did a good job on my feet. The foot massage and sugar scrub were definitely my favourites! They have a large selection of nail polish colours to choose from. You'll definitely find more than one colour you will want. My heels were pretty dry prior to the pedicure but is now softer. There's only a bit of dryness on a small spot on one of my heels. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in the area!

My friend was coming from Brampton and was a bit late, so they made a huge fuss about it asking me firmly when she'd be here. Other clients were listening. Anyway once my friend made it, they barely did any treatment to our feet during the pedi's. Literally zero massage - not even 30 seconds. When asked if they could add in some massage - again made a fuss about timing and said you should have mentioned about it while booking since we have other appointments. I was only asking for a 5 min massage. For the next 30 min there were no other new clients seen. Extremely disappointed and won't return!

They were not willing to work with me for a return on this, even after less than 10 days since purchasing faulty jewellery. I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars at this store, and am a loyal customer. However, this was so disappointing and such a WASTE of my money. I will not be coming back and I would not recommend this store to anyone. They also have a location in Milton. They have great packages, including unlimited minutes. Quite often they have deals where you buy certain types of lotions, you can get some free minutes. You can walk-in, but if it's busy you may have to wait a few minutes until the bed you want is free. Otherwise, by appointment is great, you walk-in, no wait. In terms of pricing, it is a little expensive, but for the service, the quality of the beds, and the good hours, it's totally worth it. I attempted to go somewhere else, walked in, and had the most miserable lady at the desk, so I walked out. Since, I have never gone anywhere else. I've been to Sun Haven for about 6 years. I will never go anywhere else for tanning.
