I got a call back from Brian, who answered all my questions, and I decided to press forward. He hooked me up with Chase, the technician who'd do the install. Chase showed up for the initial assessment, and helped me make sense of camera placement, etc. When Chase showed up for the install, he was just as professional, and answered any additional questions I had. All I had to do was stay out of his way and let him work. He showed me everything I needed to know in terms of the camera app and made sure to walk with me to confirm camera views. A true professional. I had an issue with the software, and received an immediate callback from Dustin, who helped me clear up my issue. Really good experience so far all the way around.

The second blown transformer is why they've got to come out the fourth time. To top it off, the second technician committed to coming at 5:30pm but acts like it's an inconvenience and would rather come earlier. I get it, don't agree to it and have True Protection send someone else (don't accept the job).
