He is unprofessional and perpetuates the negative stereotype of crooked mechanics preying on young women.

I was able to take my car in that afternoon and it was taken in right away. They showed me what my brakes currently looked like and made a recommendation for service. Once I agreed they called to get parts and began working on my vehicle. The staff was friendly and efficient. The price was fair for the work I needed done. I would say it was comparable to other places. The difference here was the friendliness of the staff, the offer to show me why I needed the work done that they said I needed, and the time it took them to get me in and out. I went to get food at a nearby restaurant while I waited and they even brought me my car keys into the restaurant when servicing was done!

I made an appointment, which was very easy and quick, and Carlos took it in. He recommended reprogramming it, not replacing, got the problem corrected for about $800. Everything is now running smoothly. In addition he pointed out an issue with my battery connection, and I was able to take my car back to the quick oil change place I use and get them to fix it for free. Everything went great, they fixed my AC (I was worried about the cost being super high but it wasn't), changed my breaks, and did a full inspection. I mostly dealt with Aaron and he was so great - friendly, knowledgeable, communicative. And here's the best part - they saved me a ton of money. I went to Big O Tires to get an oil change a few months ago and they were having a deal to get a full car inspection to see if any work needed to be done. So BOT gave me a quote of $1,459.99 to get everything serviced on my car. I didn't get the work done. Well, my total bill at Christian Brothers was $395.15. I'm not the kind of person that knows ANYTHING about cars so I really wouldn't have known better what parts and labor and everything should cost. I'm not saying Big O Tires was trying to take advantage of me buuuuut I meeeaaan... that's a pretty big difference in price. I obviously couldn't be happier!
