They also scheduled me for the first appointment for the next morning. For reference, nearby shops quoted oil changes for my truck ranging from $120 to $165. Chuck's completed the service for just over $80, using full-synthetic oil. The management was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and helpful as I explained the issue with my brakes. They even provided a courtesy shuttle to take me home. After inspecting and testing the brake components, they determined that no issues were found.
