And also the things you might cook along with them, such as a seasoning chunk of ham, hamhocks or even split pigs feet. I even found a drink that I had never heard of, Camaronazo - which is a tomato, shrimp drink similar to Clamato. This is a staple for a popular Mexican cocktail called a Chelazo (mixed with a cold beer).
