Nudera offers a discount to two or more patients in the same household, so I got my braces a month before my daughter finished. This is my second time wearing braces. My initial service was in 2005-2007. Well, about 10 years ago, the permanent retainer on my upper teeth broke off on the right side, and slowly my teeth shifted to the point that I was unhappy with my smile. After two years of witnessing my daughter's transformation, I asked for a quote to repair my upper teeth. I received an affordable quote for payment over six months. I was thrilled that I wouldn't be in braces again for a very long time. And I'm super happy with the Nudera office. We met with Tracy for a tour of their beautiful clinic and then a patient education session regarding the types of treatments offered and the process of the consultation. My son then got a X-ray. Then we met with Dr. Jim Nudera for the examination -very comprehensive- and learned that my son doesn't require intervention after all! Dr. Nudera explained everything in great detail and showed both my son and I the reason for the dentist's concern and how the issue doesn't require orthodontics. What a relief! Oh, and the whole consultation- including the X-ray- was FREE!! Tracy said she'll send a note to my son's dentist and even gave us a copy of the X-ray. It was such a positive experience all around and the degree of communication and effort put into customer satisfaction are really remarkable.

Okay, have a seat and the doctor will see you shortly." Not at Advanced Orthodontic Specialists. I'm always greeted by my first name the moment I walk through the door. The desk receptionists make a point of treating each patient like a person, remembering names and sometimes facts about the person. Many times while in the waiting room, I've heard the girls at the front desk ask patients how their soccer games went or if they had a fun time on vacation.   That's not to mention the very short wait times. I can't tell you how many times I've been in a waiting room for well past my appointment time. This has never happened at Dr. Bicknell's office.  I'm always being seated within 10 minutes of entering the office. The office itself is extremely clean and inviting. It even has a video game room and tooth brushing station!   The care received always surpasses my expectations. Dr. Bicknell and the assistants are all extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Dr. Bicknell's passion for his job is clear as he always goes above and beyond to create the perfect smile. I couldn't be happier with how my teeth look!   It's the little things that go to show how dedicated Dr. Bicknell is to providing the best possible patient experience. My daughter has a pretty complicated case including missing some adult teeth and also having a couple transposed teeth that didn't want to come down. Add on dental anxiety and a girl entering high school not wanting braces for the second time, and well, you can understand how tough it might be to handle. Dr. Polivka called me and talked for a very long time, re: game plan, talked with our dentist, figured out a two step plan to minimize time in braces, and fill in gaps as we progressed. He's available via text and has been so responsive. I know our case isn't easy, and my daughter is not the happiest when she is there, but I've been so pleased with the practice.
