Once we signed contract they started on date we agreed on; workers were very respectful of our downstairs space as they moved from front to back to access the property. Luis the owner was easy to work with and met any and all concerns we had with a positive response. There were numerous pieces of wood that were rotted and they replaced them. We had initially gone ahead with another painter through Angie's List that did possibly one of the worst jobs ever and got paint everywhere, floors, ceilings and areas we did not want paint on. I had the pleasure of working with Luis to get our 3 level home on a slope painted. Luis's was very responsive even before we signed on the project and made multiple trips to our home to answer all my questions and concerns. The estimate was very competitive and he was always very transparent. He worked with us and helped us stay within our budget. This was our first time painting our exterior, being newbies, he helped us choose the right options. He was very flexible and adjusted to our needs as the project moved along. Our sidings were not in the best shape, a lot of pieces were rotten, he changed them for us. He did multiple rounds of scraping, sanding and priming to make our old uneven sidings look smooth and well finished. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. I hired Luis to paint the interior of my apartment in the city. Luis and his crew were very professional, timely and fast. He was very responsive when I asked for a quote and flexible to work around my schedule. Everything looks really good and the apartment was left very clean. The only thing was that I think Luis mis-estimated the amount of paint that would be needed to cover the existing darker colors. He originally provided me with a lower quote than other folks, but after starting and realizing that more paint was needed, we had to add a bit more to the total price.
