I received a phone call today-- Oct. 6th, stating the office had made a mistake and they'd have to reschedule my appointment. The woman -- the office manager-- said to hold on while she looked for an alternate date. I held on for five minutes and then hung up. About 20 minutes later, I called the office back and was told that their Rosedale office doesn't open until 9, so the earliest appointment I could get was in February. He even offered to give me his personal cell number if I had any problems! I refused of course, but it says a lot to me when a physician gives you their personal phone number. In this day and time of impersonal doctors that run their clinics like a factory line, it is the opposite with his clinic. His intake nurse Candy was the nicest person. She answered all of my questions, and was patient. His staff always provides a warm blanket for you while you are waiting. Noone is snappy or has a bad attitude. They also follow up with you to see how you're doing after your procedures. I know it's probably protocol, but still I think that's nice that they do that. They are quick to respond if you leave a message for a return call. His front receptionist assisted me with a note for work specified the way I needed it. I really appreciated that! Dr. Suchin is the only doctor in this clinic, so wait times can be long, depending on what's going on that day. He is also extremely busy, which may push appointments out months. But even with that being said, he never rushes you or is rude.
