She answered all of my questions, and was patient. His staff always provides a warm blanket for you while you are waiting. Noone is snappy or has a bad attitude. They also follow up with you to see how you're doing after your procedures. I know it's probably protocol, but still I think that's nice that they do that. They are quick to respond if you leave a message for a return call. His front receptionist assisted me with a note for work specified the way I needed it. I really appreciated that! Dr. Suchin is the only doctor in this clinic, so wait times can be long, depending on what's going on that day. He is also extremely busy, which may push appointments out months. But even with that being said, he never rushes you or is rude.

I called his office and they told me I'd have to wait a month just to have a consult with him and that I'd have to drive out to Manasses - which was odd since he has offices closer to where I live. When I informed Dr. Hashemi about all of this, he got genuinely angry. He told me that new patients or patients in dire need were to be seen right away. He went a step further, and handed me a list of people to email about this issue so it wouldn't keep happening. It was at this point that I really liked and trusted this man implicitly. Ordinarily I would have had to come in again just to have my ultra-sound on my arm, but he insisted on doing it that day. And after a 20 minute wait, that happened. They scheduled my procedure and back home I went. On the day of the surgery, he specifically pushed my procedure to first. I felt special.
