The hidden fees, the ghosting, no follow-through when my taxes got lost (yes, this was panic-worthy), the amended taxes months later with zero communication, just a mailed packet. At the very least, a phone call explaining this amendment would be appreciated. I then called multiple times asking to speak with someone and am still waiting. It's been weeks. Very very unprofessional at end of the day if your staff member makes a mistake you should own up to it. Also yelling over the phone to a customer is very unprofessional.
