I would give this place a 10 star not just 5 ! I feel compelled to write this review because I've…read morenever interacted with such genuine and authentic people in Corporate America before. Remember you are the COMPANY you KEEP! The leaders of the firm are sincere and want you to succeed but you must put in the time and effort. No one is to blame but you, if you don't take action. I am a real person and client of USTLA and will always be an advocate for USTLA. Every dollar spent on this course has rewarded me financially and paid off with improvement of my life, in so many areas. USTLA coaches / instructors are very professional and knowledgeable. They have a proven track record on a personal and professional level with success. So what more can you ask for? I completed the intensive "one on one" USTLA classes end of March 2024 and started investing in April 2024. My first live onsite auction was 3 weeks ago (July-2024) and I won a DEED on a property. Now, I am at the stage of interviewing licensed general contractors to start the renovation process of this vacant property that was abandoned and neglected. As the saying goes "YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW !! " The hard work has paid off. Before you join, ask yourself why you want to do this and what you hope to accomplish. It has been financially very rewarding and the ROI with one deal has already paid off more than the cost of the education. Keys for success: a) Have time and make time to do this and be focused b) Stay positive! Be true to yourself and others you interact with. c) Don't treat it as a job. Have fun doing this. d) Must have PATIENCE, be a good listener and make notes. e) Stay organized, follow up and follow through each lead you find. g) Don't quit when waters are rough. Be ready to deal with whatever curve balls life throws at you to deal with, in the current or next challenge when investing in Real estate.

I went to the 3 day course in Anaheim, CA, along with purchasing their material (CD's, thumb drive,…read moreetc.) prior to going. I reviewed the material very carefully and was able to learn quite a bit from it. When I went to the 3 day seminar, I thought it would just be a repeat of what I learned from their material. Well, they did repeat from the material, but I was wrong in assuming they wouldn't provide more learning. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I learned quite a bit, especially with the finer point details on the process of purchasing liens and deeds. I came out of there with pages of notes even on the first day. Yes, there are motivated trained mentors that offer the purchasing of upgrades on a mentorship program, but I never got the impression that they were pushy. I do feel that the majority of people out there probably would need more hand holding with a mentorship program, because most people just need that in order to be successful. I feel that if someone purchases one of the upgraded packages, they need to understand that they can get a lot out of it, but they need to be willing to meet the company half way by being accountable by working hard with them and for themselves as well. They will have their hand held, but can't expect for everything to be done for them. I was glad that I went. I made some contacts in the audience of people that seemed to be like minded individuals such as myself that are interested in networking to help each other to give this business a try. I already am a local real estate investor, however have not had experience in this field. I learned so many details about formulas, how to crunch numbers, details on title searches, how to research properties with a fine toothed comb, particulars on how other states and counties work, motivational information, attitude, etc. etc. I was able to get actual personal experiences, details, preferred areas of investment, websites used, etc. from some of the mentors just by showing a lot of interest and asking the right questions. In particular, Tim Huffman stood out to me in answering many of my questions. Of course, it was not the same as a one on one mentorship for a year, but it was still valuable to me. The speaker, Steve Wyman, was excellent, motivating, and very detail oriented. I learned things I never would have thought of at that meeting. I also enjoyed the short speech that Rene Gonzalez gave as well. Dr. J. C.
