We have gotten brakes checked / replaced, oil changes, and other misc services as our vehicles have needed them. They can get backed up, so I'd recommend calling and see what their wait is like and how long they might expect to get your vehicle back to you, just in case. They do have a key drop-off box if you are needing to leave your vehicle their overnight or before they open.

What should have been a fairly straightforward repair ended up taking over a week. Throughout the week we were given multiple updates that turned out not to be accurate. Starting Wednesday we were told the car had been pulled in and was being worked on, and at one point we were told it would be ready, but it wasn't. Each day we kept getting different information, which felt like the runaround. We didn't end up getting the car back until the following Tuesday. Being without a vehicle that long was a huge inconvenience for our family. When I asked if there could be any type of discount because of the delay and miscommunication, I was told they couldn't offer any percentage off because they had to use a more expensive part for the Audi. While they did apologize for the miscommunication, the overall experience was still very disappointing. To make matters worse, about five days after getting the car back, we started smelling gas and had to bring the vehicle back again to have it checked. That was very concerning, especially after just having repairs done. I understand that repairs can take time, but better communication and making sure the job is fully completed the first time would have made a big difference.

We have had car trouble with a vehicle we recently purchased over the last few months. The defect in the car is not currently covered by warranty. There is currently a lawsuit against the manufacturer for the defect, but we've had to bear the expense for now and hope ours doesn't have the issue outlined in the suit or be accepted as one of the many plaintiffs on the case. Tim and the rest of the Panos team have been super kind to us, helped us borrow a loaner vehicle to keep our small business running when we desperately needed it, and been more than fair in their dealings with us in a way that I don't many other mechanic shops would... certainly not dealerships nor the majority of larger shops! I was told that it was not my wheel bearing, but my transmission that was making the noise. I went ahead and had the front brakes and rotors replaced. I then took my 2019 Camry to a transmission place, and of course, they said my transmission was perfectly fine, that it was my wheel bearing.
