At this time another attendant came in and took my payment. The girl pumping my gas then came in and accused me of saying that I asked for $40 not the $20 which I had indicated. She then started saying well it's in there now. I paid the extra $20 only because my mother was waiting for me in my vehicle. If this wasn't the case I would've argued more; the fact the way i was treated was unprofessional and I will never be returning even after talking to the manager who basically said well they get this all the time and thanked me for paying for their mistake. Complete bullsh*t. I'm boycotting this place and telling everyone stay away.

The people were friendly and everything was clean and easy to use. I pulled up to the drive through wash and asked the attendant for help choosing a wash. It was summer and we'd hit a lot of bugs, so I asked what to do if the auto wash didn't get them off? She said she'd accommodate me. :-) Afterward, I used one of the MANY self-use vacuum stalls and I felt no rush. Then I used their super-nifty floor mat washers. It's like a conveyor belt that washes and dries your mats as you feed them through. It's the neatest thing. Well done, Lethbridge and Mint Smartwash!!!! I'm impressed. Now if I could just get you to spread to WA and the rest of the U.S....

They neglect to tell you, that you have to use them within one month then they will expire. Mostly all March snowed, would not offer a refund, or another month of free wash for the inconvience. It's not right and no way to run a business.
