My AC\furnace had frozen over due to a lack of coolant (in this case, the rare and expensive R-22, AKA Freon). The competition wanted to charge me $2,500 Dollars - yes, you read that correctly - saying that I needed three pounds of the stuff, and quickly shifted the discussion to replacing the entire AC and Furnace rather than talking about possible repair. They were escorted off the property. Bowman Tin came out the same morning that I called them and the serviceman; Dustin was shocked at my story. We discussed options, and Dustin was very encouraging to try to repair prior system replacement. He added the TWO pounds of R-22 (not three!) and so far - one week later - the fix is holding. Total charge for the service call and the two pounds of R-22? $312. Lastly, the entire AC and Furnace do not need replacement as suggested by Gilligan. IF the fluid leaks (which it has not so far) only pieces and parts need to be swapped out. Gilligan was more of a pirate than a sailor!

Purchased two Used forklifts in December of 2021. (Did not receive them until February of 2022)…read morefrom Emergency Forklift with the understanding they would be gone through thoroughly. Fluids changed, new tires, fresh paint etc. and would be in Great running condition. After we received them, we found multiple issues. Basically nothing had been done to them other than new tires put on and a fresh coat of paint over the grease that was on them. They did not run properly, there was water in the hydraulic systems on both of them. They both needed the hydraulic system flushed a few times along with filter change at each flush. On one of them, there were gauges not working, the starter was loose along with a loose wheel due to King Pins needing replaced. The other one surged at idle, Had leaking hydraulic lines, needed steering components, IE King pins, Secondary Lift Cylinder leaked. Valve cover was leaking. Some of the issues were corrected. One of the forklifts was picked up, taken back to their shop and worked on and returned. The other forklift was supposed to be picked up but never was. Ken Basically blew us off. would not return calls, texts or emails. We purchased these on a handshake as we had dealt with them in the past and felt they were trustworthy. BIG MISTAKE. Ken talks a lot of BS. We had no grounds to stand on if we were to take this to court. I would not recommend Emergency Forklift as they do not stand behind what they say they are going to do. Lesson learned the hard way.

I used Bass Septic Sewer to do the inspection for a home I was looking to buy, having a working…read moreseptic tank is a huge deal breaker. So when I got back the inspection report and it said Pass in all areas I was thrilled! After closing and moving in I had a lot of draining problems so I called out a different plumbing company they then informed me that the septic was never even connected to the tank!!! So I don't know how that means the septic is all good or how they even did an inspection in the first place. The quote to fix it was a minimum of 2,500. All I asked was for a refund of the amount I had to pay the other plumbing company because I shouldn't have to pay someone for an inspection that I already paid Bass to do in the first place. The lady on the phone was rude and said "bottomline we aren't paying for it" which is very bold for a company that didn't even do a proper inspection on my home. The inspector that went out to my house said to us after we got the quote "I don't go inside if I don't have to" HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
