Obviously that needed prompt attention! I recommend Mitchell's Nuisance Wildlife Solutions. Matt was here same day I called him, and made a major difference in the first week - I went from bold rats waltzing around like they owned the place, to no sightings and no more bait (in locked boxes inaccessible to dogs) eaten inside my kennels. He installed one-way doors on the access points he found, and next week is coming back to permanently close those spots. I then hired them again in September to cleanup everything off the property I was selling. There was furniture, garbage and a lot of old rusted paint cans. Again they did a fabulous job and I would hire them again. They ended up spending almost 10 hours cleaning up the property and did not leave anything behind. I was a little bit wary about hiring someone off the internet and never meeting them but there are still people you can trust and do a great job. I definitely recommend them.
