Obviously that needed prompt attention! I recommend Mitchell's Nuisance Wildlife Solutions. Matt was here same day I called him, and made a major difference in the first week - I went from bold rats waltzing around like they owned the place, to no sightings and no more bait (in locked boxes inaccessible to dogs) eaten inside my kennels. He installed one-way doors on the access points he found, and next week is coming back to permanently close those spots. I can reopen in time for July long weekend with peace of mind that they are gone.

I called boss K9 as I was suspecting bed bugs in my apartment. Although I was not able to visually…read moreidentify any bugs, I had been waking up with bites for one week. Alicia thoroughly explained how canine detection worked and gave me her rate. I asked her to come as soon as possible since I was very nervous. She was able to book an inspection less than 24 hours from my call. She and her canine helper Abby confirmed the next day that there were a few areas in my apartment that had bed bugs. Watching her and her dog work was absolutely fascinating. Alicia estimated the bed bug infestation had been new, and likely only present for a couple of weeks. I informed my sister regarding my problem, since her and I had stayed in an Air BNB together just two weeks prior, and this may have been the source. My sister was inspected and also had a early bed bug infestation. Alicia was able to put me in contact with a trusted exterminator and even gave me advice on how to proceed with washing / treating my items. The exterminators who treated our apartments following Alicia and Abby's inspection confirmed that there were in fact bed bugs present corresponding to the areas Abby had detected. We are now bed bug free and I am extremely grateful for the Boss K9 team, especially for Alicia, who was prompt, professional, accurate, and really empathizes with our stressful situation.

DO NOT DO IT! Firstly, they are not closed. I called to book a bin for some household products as I…read morewas doing Reno. I was told the Bin would arrive the next morning and it showed up close to the end of the day. I had paid worker waiting to move the trash to the bin. I was told the bin rental is for 6 nights, 7 days...on the 7th day the same rude man called me asking if I wanted to keep the bin longer...I said no! He then started yelling at me that I should have called him the day prior (which btw was a holiday) to let him know I wasn't extending my rental. I had to pay upfront for the weeks rental plus 1 ton of garbage. I told him that if he wanted to me to call the day before he should have stated so and I would have. My expectation was that he would show up in 7 days to collect the bin. He continue to yell at me and threatened to charge an extra day rental. he hung up on me and called back a couple of times..I had to eventually block his number. He had his money, his bin...business was over but he was mad I didn't give him advance notice I wasn't taking the bin longer than the advance agreed upon week that I rented it for. Beyond that...I have rented and contracted waste disposal before...This one was either lieing about the amount of trash weight I put in or is way more expensive than many others...DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY..my advice!
