Move forward 7 years and I noted some clips to the older Blinds needed replacement. I contacted Shades and Shutters to ask if they could source the clips for the older model Blinds that were purchased by the previous home owner. I have no idea where the previous owner purchased the blinds. I made the inquire on the Shadws and Shutters web site and that same day received a response from John with a picture of what the replacement clips looked like.
