I asked how was I able to find the part and he couldn't. I'm not into the fixing appliances industry. He couldn't fit me in until Wednesday (although I was a call from the previous week) to install them. By Tuesday they were installed by someone else. I asked what he could do for me and he offered nothing. One week and no communication. Certainly this doesn't shout "speedy" to me. An open line of communication would have been helpful too!
