I eventually called back the next day and got the 'oh, we have been busy and didn't get around to looking for that, but we will now'. Five minutes later I got the 'we looked and can't find it, maybe try Amazon'. I doubt they even looked because for once there was nothing in it for them. Very disappointing. I never contacted them back as I instead just gave up on them and moved to another plumbing contractor. He quickly narrowed it down to a couple of things and told me Where to look for any loose wires. I identified the possible culprit, Set up a service appointment. Sean and his service trailer rolled in a day or 2 later.I can't remember. He Re pinned the harness. 15 minutes it was fixed. 2nd fix... Hydraulic leak. Again, over the phone diagnosis. Sean asked me if I could pull an access cover off and take a few photos. I did.. This confirmed his suspicion, a spool valve was leaking. Sean ordered new seals. Again, Sean and his mobile shop backed up my driveway. And I'm happy to report no leaks. Very reasonable rates. I highly Recommend Haffy's Sales and Service.

Even though she was 40 minutes from my home and the others were much closer, I appreciated her quick response and decided to take the garment to Lorena. She was busy but still got to my garment within a few days. And she found that the issue was not the zipper itself but how it was sewn in. Lorena was able to repair the issue rather than replacing the entire zipper. I really appreciated her honesty and integrity, as she could have easily replaced it as I asked and charged me accordingly. I doubt other vendors would have taken the time to examine the problem and provide an alternate solution. I recommend Lorena and will definitely go to her for any future alterations or repairs.
