I will not recommend Cropley's Speedy Appliance Service. Speedy it was not. Came to my house Tuesday morning and advised me the shock absorbers were broken. Don't use your washer - I'll be in touch. Took my $85 and said it'll be used towards the repair. Never heard a peep. Followed up on Monday and Jay returned my call. Admitted he was out of town and couldn't find the part and apologized that no one kept me updated. I told him I have the parts. Ordered off Amazon. I asked how was I able to find the part and he couldn't. I'm not into the fixing appliances industry. He couldn't fit me in until Wednesday (although I was a call from the previous week) to install them. By Tuesday they were installed by someone else. I asked what he could do for me and he offered nothing. One week and no communication. Certainly this doesn't shout "speedy" to me. Dial One Cropley's Speedy Appliance Service is an honest upfront appliance repair company they do all major repairs domestic appliance coin operated laundry services and service and installation Their rates are beyond reasonable. They do same day visits the company is independently owned and operated. I was recommended this company through another person in my building who is having issues with their appliance so when my dishwasher was on the fritz I decided to give the company a call. Ed was my fix-it guy he was super professional and was able remedy the problem with my dishwasher immediately The rate was very fair. Altogether they definitely know what they're doing and their professionalism and their willingness to go above and beyond is outstanding! read more
