Twice i've had to use these guys. Last summer, I had a problem with my auxiliary hydraulics on my Bobcat. I spoke with Sean over the phone described the trouble I was having. He quickly narrowed it down to a couple of things and told me Where to look for any loose wires. I identified the possible culprit, Set up a service appointment. Sean and his service trailer rolled in a day or 2 later.I can't remember. He Re pinned the harness. 15 minutes it was fixed. 2nd fix... Hydraulic leak. Again, over the phone diagnosis. Sean asked me if I could pull an access cover off and take a few photos. I did.. This confirmed his suspicion, a spool valve was leaking. Sean ordered new seals.
