Had a squirrel in our eaves and found the entry point. Contacted them for a quote and told them we…read morealready had quotes in $400.00 t0 #500.00 range and not to bother sending anyone if they could not work within that budget. They ignored that information and sent a so called technician named Nathan Merenyi to see how much he could inflate the quote for a basic removal. We showed him the entry point where the eavestrough had pulled away leaving an opening. He didn't even bother putting a ladder up to get a closer look. Instead he wanted to see how many soffit vents there were to try and charge for entry prevention. We told him this was the first breach in 20 years and the soffit vents were fine. We requested that they install a one way door and after the squirrel was excluded seal the entry point. He said so all you want is a basic removal and we said that is all we require. We asked that he email it to us. He then sat in his truck for 30 minutes writing up a quote for his version of a basic quote. He then left and later I received his quote for a total of $1,812.52 (see attached image) The most corrupt business I have ever dealt with. They charge $695.00 for no reason on to of the Can you imagine what they charge for a full service removal.

The work was completed in about 2 to 3 hours. Pros - 1 year guarantee on the work, if an animal gets through the wire screens they will come back to redo the work. Detailed written invoice showing the required work, limitations and guarantees. Clearly explained the work to be done and the price. Had booties to keep my carpets clean.
