I walked in the next day at 8am and they immediately did an MRI, explained why I was in pain, what the steps were to get me feeling better and how long it would take. I'm now almost done (4 sessions left) and feel so much better. I'm honeslty a bit sad I won't be seeing the same friendly faces 3 times a week but will continue to come at least once a month for adjustments. Every experience here was great. Ive heard so many horror stories about poor hygiene at outpatient facilities that it worries me every time I have to take a family member to one of these places. But, I felt comfortable, you can tell these ppl care about being clean because of how nicely kept they keep the place especially the bathrooms. If I had to say one negative aspect about my visit is the smell of coffee in the downstairs office. I feel it overpowers everything else. It is such a small office there's not much ventilation and a lot of the patients haven't eaten in over 24 hours so they are extra sensitive to the smell. My grandma felt a little nauseous because of all the different smells in the office. Other than that small incident I would say overall I had a great experience. Nothing is in writing, there's no patient portal, and it's on you to keep track of everything. After my procedure, while I was still medicated, the doctor told my husband they found signs of infection and pushed him to get tested at her office for $400, insisting other doctors "wouldn't know what to test for." My follow-up for results was set six weeks out, despite infection results usually taking 1-2 days and pathology 2-3 weeks. For the cost, I expected timely, direct communication and a patient-first approach. Instead, I felt pressured into extra charges and left without clear access to my own doctor. I do not recommend.
