They even offered to prescribe a prescription for an issue I didn't even go there for and then called me weeks later to see how he was doing on the medication. However, I like how they are trying to improve themselves by switching to an electronic documentation system.

I went here the first time for physical therapy for plantar fasciitis. I saw both physical…read moretherapists. Both are fantastic. Just an absolute joy. Charming, funny, thoughtful. I realize they have a lot of patients and I can't be the apple of their eyes but they do a great job of making you feel like they care and are concerned about how you are doing and what you need. Good conversation is a bonus. I've been to several PT places and some just tell you what to do then go flirt with the other physical therapists or something equally goofy. When I had another problem arise, I immediately wanted to go back to them, but couldn't find their number! This location has little to no online presence. I knew they existed, but couldn't figure out who to call. In a spot of good fortune, I called a number listed for lab work or something similar at the same address and ended up in the right place. Hurray! I like that they tell me what's what about what's wrong with me. Doctors say, "here's the problem!" But I think what really makes it understandable is physical therapist to saying, "that's the problem, but here's where things went wrong." They're good at explaining where things went wrong. I hope I don't have more injuries and things wrong with me, but if I do, I'll keep going back.

I went through all of the…read moreregistration and instructions over the phone and was never told that I shouldn't take my glp-1. I received a call 2 days before my procedure asking about it. The woman that called was very nice and we ended up chatting about micro dosing glp-1 etc. She said she would speak to the doc and ask if I was okay to proceed since it was a microdose and the day of the procedure would be 5 days since my last dose. She said no news was good news. I even asked before we hung up "if I don't hear back, I should go ahead and prep, correct?" she said yes. I arrive today, the receptionist told me there is a message with a voice mails that was left. I have no voicemails and read off my missed calls- none of which were from the office. The receptionist even asked if she could see me phone. I explained the phone call called the tech (unsure of her title) who then told me that she spoke to me and never told me any of that. I went on to describe the conversation and then she said, "well you didn't talk to me." My husband even said, "you literally just said you spoke to her." then she denied having ever said that, then went on to say no one would have told me that. Why would I make it up? Why would anyone prep and show up knowing they wouldn't be able to have the procedure? As a premier health employee myself- that tech is an embarrassing representation of the company. So the next procedure will not be at this office. The office staff is pathetic.
