My name is David Lewis. I just started going to this location, but I have been to another chiropractor, but not as focused as this staff. From the time I checked in to the time I left, I was well taken care of. All the staff I have come across have taken extra time to ensure I did things correctly, and it was safe for me. Never have I seen such great structure. The DR ISEE DR Vardy has been fantastic, taking great care and time. His staff, MERELY, KAITLYN, MARIA, CAMERON, not only insured my safety but took the time to ensure I did the exercises safely, but understood them as well, and when I was working with motorized equipment, they ensured my safety, constantly checking on me to insure i was safe. I have never seen this with the other company, so I would recommend them highly and feel comfortable putting my name behind them. I was very hopeful after reading the reviews, but my experience was disappointing. My first appointment lasted over two hours of assessments and tests. I left sore, but I understood it was necessary for them to evaluate my situation. I was told the next visit would be treatment. At my second appointment, I arrived on time but spent a long period waiting. Instead of treatment, the doctor presented an extremely long, multi-page treatment plan, then left so another staff member could go over an invoice for $3,700. My portion would have been $1,200, payable up front or in two installments. This entire process took another hour--yet still no treatment. By this point, I had spent nearly three hours with the clinic without receiving any actual care. I had no assurance the treatment would be effective, appointments seemed unnecessarily long, and I was pressured to commit financially before seeing any results. Meanwhile, I could hear staff laughing and joking in the front office, which made me feel my time was not valued. I also noticed the clinic has strict penalties if patients cancel late or arrive tardy, yet there appeared to be no respect for the patient's time when left waiting. The whole experience felt more like a sales pitch at a car dealership than a healthcare visit. I ultimately left without receiving treatment and will be seeking care elsewhere. I am not interested in high-pressure sales tactics or long waits with no clear value provided. read more

Services of their chiropractors are great, except the way the accounting or whoever is handling the business side are worst! They will just send you a letter 4 months after a service and will say you owe them, without even explaining WHY you have to pay such amount. Calling them and asking about the details will be a pain and they will in turn make it look like you don't understand the situation. When the letter should explain, when you came for a particular service (and since I paid the service on the spot immediately after, I was assured I've already paid the service for that day), and why you're being charge after you thought you already pay for that day. Staff would even argue with you and would debate you - when the letter won't even explain specific details - letter will just say - you owed them an amount - for what day and what service - no details. read more

This practice is one of the best experiences I have had with a medical provider in my life. The staff are all very attentive to my needs and take the time to explain things to me. Dr. Vardy takes the time to listen to me and truly hear what I am saying. He shares information and techniques with me that have really improve my quality of life. He always provides encouragement and information to make managing my condition. I have even lost weight because I am moving more and not in chronic pain all the time. From the time I walk in the office, receive service and physical therapy I feel like I am part of a team working to improve my health. read more

Highly recommend Dr. Vardy and his staff. I've been to him for numerous issues over the years (auto accident, tennis elbow, shoulder and neck pain). I had tried cortisone shots and physical therapy at ortho but did not get any relief from that. Dr. Vardy is very knowledgeable and does a great job of explaining everything. Very proactive in his approach. Has you work with a trainer to develop muscles needed to prevent issues from recurring. Offers great supplements as well. I've never had any issues with billing or insurance here. They always do a great job. read more

I was skeptical about Chiropractic care before starting with him but had been experiencing some pretty severe back pain so thought I would give it a try. I have been very impressed with the care I have received at Vardy Chiropractic and Wellness Clinic. My husband went in after he hurt his back because they lured us in with a free consultation. By the time he finished that 1st visit, he was told to pay a bill over $100. We paid for the physical therapy he received (we didn't send him there for a therapy visit - just an initial diagnosis!). So after a month of not seeing the claim process in our insurance, I called them to ask why. They said nothing was wrong. Two weeks later, after my flex plan wanted proof of services for their payment (i.e. an insurance EOB), I called a second time and they finally filed the claim right. Fast forward 3 months later, I finally receive the EOB saying that Vardy owed us a $50+ refund, I go to their office in Knightdale to tell them. They are on a two-hour lunch break! So I call later and they tell me it will be two weeks before they can see that the insurance has paid! So I ask to e-mail the EOB that I have. OMG why does it take all these months to straighten out their insurance mistakes!!! (needless to say, we sent my husband to another local physical therapist office who took care of him, filed their insurance claims on time, and got paid before we've even gotten information about our account from VARDY! I was never even given a receipt from them!) read more
