The owner of the shop is typically who I speak to when I visit, and the experience is always wonderful. He is a retired army vet who is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Vaposeum is family! Unlike most vape shops in this area I always feel welcome and appreciated. Everyone I have encountered is helpful, most of them know me or my husband by name. I have bought mods in other vape shops that barley last a week but getting a mod from RJ is like an investment. There's large supply of juices, CBD products and mods to choose from. Great little shop! Just moved to the area, and was looking for a new vape shop and I saw it and stepped in. Nice comfortable setting, with a wonderfully helpful staff. As a veteran myself I try to find and frequent veteran owned businesses this is what brought me to vaposeum. I'm new to vaping and these guys helped me and answered all my questions. It was more like hanging out rather than shopping because of the vibe of this shop. These guys have great prices and selection and are very knowledgeable. I had the worst experience ever at this shop. I bought a pen (smok) that malfunctioned in less than a week. The vape oil leaked within the first 48 hours. I came back in on Tuesday and the shop checked my pen and lubed the rings, swapped out the coils, and everything seemed fine. Less than 24 hours later, more leakage. I'm in school here and I could not come in on Wednesday, so they told me to come in on Thursday because the manager was there. Came in there today and was told that I could get the same model pen. I tried to see if I could upgrade because I enjoyed the experience but the pen was crappy. I was told that I could only get the normal 10% military discount on a new mod. I was highly disappointed. Especially since I had to come back to their establishment twice. Customer service was initially good. Great knowledge base of vaping... just really not satisfied with the final results. Word of advice know what you want before you go there or you may have buyers remorse. read more

I went here bc of the raving Yelp reviews of amazing service and phenomenal prices. When I got there, however, I was not blown away with the experience. The vibe when you first walk in is very clique-y. Ppl who hang there a lot and then eye you like, "oh, there's a new person walking in". Someone did greet me and ID'd me, which I was initially pleased about since I am in my 30s, but when he saw my birth date, he still looked at me skeptically, possibly bc I was wearing my work uniform and I work for an insurance co. Who knows. He didn't seem thrilled to help me find a flavor, and appeared distracted with his personal cell phone and other conversations. I mentioned that I add CBD oil to my juice, and he acted as if they'd never sell CBD oil there. Not sure what that was about but he should get the memo that it's legal. Their prices were good on a 60ml though, only $22, but that's the smallest size they offer and they only sell coils in 5 packs. Also, I mentioned I found this on Yelp after I purchased, but by then it was too late for any discount. Haven't tasted the juice I bought yet, but I highly doubt I will return.
