i have been vaping for about a year and a half now.i started because i wanted to quit smoking.and it worked.i mainly bought online because there wasnt a local shop and i thought it was cheaper.its not.vapor tek has the best selection(and if they dont have it they can get it for you).the biggest advantage is being able to see the products in person and talk to very proffesonal sells and users.they only use what they sell so you know the products are good.even if you just want to stop by and talk about vaping and are not ready to buy they are more than happy to spend as much time with you as you need to get familiar with the products.you can even test sample the different vaping flavors to find just the right one for you.i have not bothered to go to any other vape stores in the are because my time is valuable and when i find a place with EXCELLENT customer service and the products i want i stick with them.if you want a local shop with a wide veritety and personalized service stick with vape tek they wont dissapoint.they are located on whiskey rd.in the same shopping center as the old theresas mexican and to the right of five guys burger place......Brad S. read more

I've been vaping for more than four years. I've tried many different vendors, some great, most bad, some absolutely appalling! Lost orders, horrid customer service, extended lead times (over a month for items they say are in their inventory!). Suffice to say that I'm pretty picky over who I do business with. My own experiences with Vapor Tek have been outstanding. They have provided exceptional customer service, they have always kept in touch and updated me when I needed to be. They even created a couple of flavors that I really enjoy that aren't on their regular list. I've been using them for around a year exclusively and have NEVER had a problem. Vaportek is my go to shop for everything vape related. Their Tekquid juice is about the best for the price. They do a lot of pre-orders which apparently many people don't understand that the shipping date is only an estimate of when they will ship. Things like Manufacturing and overseas shipping delays make pre-orders a moving target. Admittedly they can be a bit slow at times when contacting them about issues, but they typically go out of their way to be of help. And since they are not afraid to do pre-orders you are usually one of the first ones to have the newest products. This can be a good thing or bad considering in the vape industry, first runs of items can come with glitches, but VT has always addressed these issues much more professionally then most other shops that sells pre-orders. read more

WORST VAPE SHOP EVER. I have dealt with several vapor shops both at their stores and online. This has been the worst experience for both. Dirty shop and the whole bait you with low prices then when they cannot deliver they attempt to force you into a higher priced product. They respond to emails and calls, but it is always with "we don't have that, but you could buy this". The staff is rude if you call or email too much. The owner has been attempting underhanded practices of paying for positive reviews and paying off negative reviewers. Dylan was amazing, went there to get a new mod and tank, and I've had the same tank and mod for now about 6 months and there has been nothing but perfect vapor, anyone who tells you they are selling counterfeits or shit versions has obviously never been to this store, they sell nothing but the best and only want you to come back. They have helped me build my mod and showed me how to build it, and they have amazing flavors, right now honey dew is my crack. I have to say i quit smoking three years ago and have visited lots of vape shops! Have bought from their online shop many times, and each time has been perfect. No bait and switch -- I'm vaping on my 7-20 that I got from them for $75 right now! Their pre-order lead times can be long due to the time it takes to get the products from China, but once they have them in hand they ship them out the same or next day. Always prompt in replying to emails about status of pre-orders, and you can easily cancel an order if the wait is too long for you.
