This place overprice me. I was from out of town I went in to get some filters ( novo 2 pods ) Knowing what they cost. Because A good friend of mine owns a Vape shop where I live. Regular price $11.85 I went in and they charged me over $17 The same pods I've been buying since they came out. I called so many times. They didn't even answer the phone. They obviously don't want my business.

Never had an issue with customer service but the prices are quite a bit higher. What you may pay about $24 for juice, you'll pay over $30 here. This does not apply just for juice but also for products as well. The staff that I've worked with are very friendly and pretty knowledgeable about the products. Gave good recommendations when I asked and even called the other stores about certain products that I was looking for that they did not have. They weren't pushy and let me look and ask questions. read more

I have always used Vapor Hut since their doors opened. I have come here instead of ordering online for years. We always received our discount since my entire family came in. Today I was told the discounts were no longer given except for a spouse. Apparently, employees were giving out discounts so now they have changed their policy. It's sad that the customers are punished for that. I am on disability but was in law enforcement myself. I paid 35.00 for what I normally buy in South Georgia for 24.00 and did not get the discount I come here for. I'm highly disappointed! The staff was great, their selection is amazing, but be ready to spend more than normal. Service is sometimes worth the extra dollars by all means - but this was just disappointing today. read more

Excellent store with great selection and experienced vapers who know their products. These guys replaced my previous vape shop (different chain) as my "go-to" location, where the staff often pretended to know more than they really did, just to make a sale. I only mention that to give you an indication of my main consideration for choosing this store as my shop of choice. Prices will be cheaper online, pretty much guaranteed. However, they're very reasonable here, and you're paying that extra amount for the one-on-one, hands-on experience and advice. read more

Customer service was lacking, i went into the store and asked to sample a flavor, but the employee gave all attention to another customer. Another customer came in shortly after i did who also asked to sample a flavor. I had to ask to sample a flavor about three times after the person who came in before me was sampling. I waited for about a half hour until they gave me a sample, i bought the smallest bottle and left to never return. read more

After deciding again to give vaping another go, I stopped in here just to window shop and get some ideas. Upon walking in door the guys behind the counter greeted me, and the salesman who was free came over and asked how he could help. I asked some questions and he answered them and explained everything very well. He didn't try to over sell for my needs.
