Been going to Tobacco Expo for about 3 years now, when the tobacco shop next to Dollar General (off…read moreN Prospect and Bloomington Road) moved to another location. Store looks small but it's jam-packed with products besides the obvious tobacco: vapes, pipes, water pipes, hookahs, concentrate, Delta 8 products, etc, and my personal favorite THCA flower. Shop is impeccably organized, clean AF, and brightly lit. Heath is great, nice to talk to, knows his products, and is always ready to suggest a product to meet your needs. Prices are reasonable, and cheaper on the tobacco and tubes I buy than some others. Love this place and hope it's around for a long time!

Found this gem hidden in plain sight up on the hill. I hadn't been to campus much the last few…read moremonths and was craving some 5 Guys when this place caught my eye. Hands down the best quality glass I have found near the West Lafayette/Lafayette. That is directly related to the fact this business is not a corporation! Which means they rely on their reputation and the local word of mouth to get the word out. I went in on a Sunday afternoon not really having anything specific in mind to purchase. I was mind blown when I saw the selection and array of different items. The employee working was actually working and not sitting on his ass even though their was very little traffic in at the time. Since I wasn't really looking for anything specific I asked a ridiculous amount of questions and the employee remained patience and answered every question I had with no problems. Best customer service by far among the campus smoke shops GO HERE NOW!

The man who works behind the counter is absolutely one of the most rude, unhinged people I have…read moreever met in my life. It is by far the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life. We had went in to look for juice and I asked him what he recommended for vape juice, and at first, he was nice enough and recommended a few. Mind you that I was doing the talking, and my boyfriend was not. My boyfriend started to look behind him at the selection behind him, and that's when the guy exploded, calling my boyfriend disrespectful and told him to look at him when *he* was talking to my boyfriend. He never did once speak to him, so I'm unsure of why he decided to come unhinged. I went back another time looking for coils, and when I walked in, the same guy was behind the counter. He did not look up from his Nintendo switch and I waited a good minute for him to acknowledge me, even after I spoke to him. He acted like I was being rude for interrupting his game play. I asked him if he had the coil I was looking for, he asked to see my vape and I obliged. He took a half second look at it and said no, then looked back down at his switch and mumbled if that was it. I left upset. I rarely write reviews, but this is the exception. Unless you're a student on campus and have no other choice, please DO NOT visit this store. You will leave upset like I did and wondering what just happened.
