Just thought I would check. The store was extremely busy but all working staff were kind and eager to help everyone. Melba (the store manager) went above and beyond to have my sons uniforms printed out immediately. I was leaving the country soon, and she helped me in a huge way to go back and have his uniforms printed. She brought them out to me still hot with the logos still needing to dry and cool. I can not thank Melba enough and want to say that even in a small store, filled with waiting parents, her staff was ALL very kind and friendly. I have another son coming up in school age so I will be seeing more of the Locker Room, Miss Melba, and her staff for many years to come.

Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish…read more Communication was practically nonexistent. Getting a response felt like pulling teeth, and when I finally did, it didn't even matter because the pricing was completely inconsistent. I was given a quote when I dropped off my items, only to receive an invoice TWO WEEKS later for nearly double the amount. No explanation, no heads-up--just a completely different price like that was normal. When I called to ask about it, the owner was shockingly rude. Instead of addressing the discrepancy, he immediately got defensive and accused me of wanting everything for free--which was never even remotely the case. Not once did he acknowledge that the invoice didn't match the original quote. It was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. To top it off, when I said I'd just come pick up my shirts instead, his response was basically "good," as if he didn't want the business in the first place. That says everything you need to know. Terrible communication, dishonest pricing, and unbelievably rude customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

They also offer bike rentals and tours, and Sal handles the rental tours, which is a great option if you want to get out and enjoy Fort Worth on an e-bike before buying one of your own. Overall, between the selection, service, rentals, tours, and knowledgeable staff, I'd definitely recommend Pedego Fort Worth to anyone interested in e-bikes.
