Because of the excellent recommendations we received, we purchased more disposable vapes than we intended to purchase walking into the store. The staff told us about upcoming sales and vape flavors that were popular, in addition to how to troubleshoot our vapes if we experienced any problems with them. We were impressed with the pricing, the staff, and the available inventory; we've made this the only store we will purchase vapes and supplies from!

When you do get them to help you they act like it's a pain for them to do their job. It's sad to see them lose their best employees and replace them with some of the worst customer service I've seen in my life. Fortunately vapor source has a lot of competition unlike 7-years ago when I started frequenting the store.

I said UA drug test and she's like what's that? You work in a smoke shop and I just called, how do you not know? The guy who I was assuming was the manager directed me to a display and remembered I called. I go there and I see the 3 panel drug test I needed. The sticker read 5.99 but there was a sign underneath the 1 panel THC advertised for $3.99 and under the one I wanted said 4.99. The girl checks me out and I question the price. She said it's ringing for 5.99 and I asked about the sign and say it says 3 panel for 4.99. She denies the sign. I'm like can we go look cause it says 4.99. She refuses to go over there and acknowledge the sign basically gaslighting me. She was like i don't know who wrote that sign but it's ringing 5.99 so it's 5.99 each. She was condescending about it and honestly horrible customer service through and through. Never going back. I don't do reviews unless the experience is unforgettable and 10/10 do not recommend shopping here unless you want to fight your inner demons from acting up. Because apparently the prices are not correct as advertised.

I went to this store looking for an affordable sub ohm battery, or an attachment that might work with the VTR. The staff was more than accommodating on this day. David helped me, he let me know prices right off and didn't try to sell me something I didn't come in for. A new battery was priced at more than I wanted to spend, so I asked about parts for a VTR. David said he had an extra part that I could have. It was a salvaged mod piece, so I asked him how much he wanted for it and he told me it was free. Now that's freaking cool. The man who helped me was knowledgeable, they were friendly, and they had a great selection of devices and juices. I spent less than $100 on a new device, 5 replacement coils, and 2 bottles of juice. Anyways, I have never once written a yelp review before, but after reading all these negative reviews after my perfectly fine experience made me feel it was needed. To me, it sounds like most of the low-level reviews are either entitled customers or a problem from the past.
