Im rarely the person to leave reviews, however I felt this one is necessary. Some backstory: I have been a chief vapor customer for roughly 2.5 years now and have been vaping regularly for a significant amount of time. This morning, I decided to branch out and take advantage of the Monument store's 20% off sale Hyde products. I purchased a Strawberry Ice Cream flavored vape. As usual, I opened the vape in store to ensure the vape was in working order before I left. Upon tasting this, I found that it was HANDS DOWN the absolute worst flavor I have EVER tasted in the entirety of my time using vapes. I'd be absolutely shocked if this was not a defective unit. After communicating this to the employee in the store, I was told several things, all of which were unacceptable including: - "this is way it is supposed to taste" - "well it smells the way the box does so it must be fine" - "our return policy does not cover bad flavors." I was simply astounded at these responses. Never at any point during this experience did I outright ask for my money back - I simply wanted an exchange for a working unit! It's extremely disappointing to know that a store selling inhaled products has such a lack of concern for their customers. An attempt was made to escalate to management but my information was simply written down (4 hours ago now) as there seems to be 0 in-store management personnel at any of their locations. In conclusion, I will NEVER be returning to any of the Chief Vapor locations and will be telling every single person I speak to about this until management can correct the situation. read more

Goes for all the chief vapor stores especially academy and galley Good products ok prices. Reason for one star. The tipping prompt on payment window. Are you really serious. Plus the window makes it hard to leave a dollar. If you're the owner was part of the incentive of to your employees are tips. Let me get this one straight the job is to retrieve boxes from 10feet then you pressure customers to leave almost a minimum of 10% next time I go in and prompted to tip I will be rude. This is not a hospitality business. Pay your employees and take the tip off. It sounds like your frugal and tell your employees there's a lot of tips to be made. This is usually my go-to store for vape juice. The employees are great, and always a huge help so I would like to give them 5*. But the last couple times I have gone, they have sold me expired vape juice. Usually I wouldn't be too worried, but it's twice now and I don't really want to pay full price for juice that's been expired for almost a year. I didn't know they were expired before leaving the store and will definitely keep an eye out from now on. read more
