After several hundreds of dollars spent on disposables I had left the store after recently purchasing got to my car and it stopped working. I went back into the store to talk to them about what the options might be and was told there's nothing they can do. After realizing they don't care too much about the customer and only about the dollar I stopped taking my business here. Several months later also a few days ago I decided to give them another try this time I went in to get some Vape juice. The Vape juice I got is absolutely disgusting. Not the flavor itself but something is wrong with the juice. I thought maybe it could be my coil so I went in to buy a new coil and was sold a whole package of coils. Now I'm in about $40 I'm trying to get this juice to taste good enough to use however it's still disgusting. After speaking with an employee as well as a manager who reached out to the owner I was told the only thing they could do is give me a bigger discount than what they were originally going to give me on the next bottle that I purchase which would equal 25%. If I'm not satisfied with the bottle that I already bought why would I buy another bottle? The two things that concern me here are that well speaking to the employee I was told "If it was one of our juices we would care more but since it's not ours and we buy the product to resell we really don't care." So what you're saying is the product on the shelf is product they're going to make money on not product that they stand behind. The second concern is the value each customer holds within their company. The way that both incidents were handled shows they would rather lose customers then do their part in making something right. I will never take my business to chief vapor again. Treat your customers better. Without them your business is nothing.

I'm just starting out vaping and wanted to learn more of the differences between tanks and RDAs and Caleb was on point with all of it. Some backstory: I have…read morebeen a chief vapor customer for roughly 2.5 years now and have been vaping regularly for a significant amount of time. This morning, I decided to branch out and take advantage of the Monument store's 20% off sale Hyde products. I purchased a Strawberry Ice Cream flavored vape. As usual, I opened the vape in store to ensure the vape was in working order before I left. Upon tasting this, I found that it was HANDS DOWN the absolute worst flavor I have EVER tasted in the entirety of my time using vapes. I'd be absolutely shocked if this was not a defective unit. After communicating this to the employee in the store, I was told several things, all of which were unacceptable including: - "this is way it is supposed to taste" - "well it smells the way the box does so it must be fine" - "our return policy does not cover bad flavors." I was simply astounded at these responses. Never at any point during this experience did I outright ask for my money back - I simply wanted an exchange for a working unit! It's extremely disappointing to know that a store selling inhaled products has such a lack of concern for their customers. An attempt was made to escalate to management but my information was simply written down (4 hours ago now) as there seems to be 0 in-store management personnel at any of their locations. In conclusion, I will NEVER be returning to any of the Chief Vapor locations and will be telling every single person I speak to about this until management can correct the situation.

Plus the window makes it hard to leave a dollar. If you're the owner was part of the incentive of to your employees are tips. Let me get this one straight the job is to retrieve boxes from 10feet then you pressure customers to leave almost a minimum of 10% next time I go in and prompted to tip I will be rude. This is not a hospitality business. Pay your employees and take the tip off. It sounds like your frugal and tell your employees there's a lot of tips to be made. I wouldn't be shocked either if you took a percentage of tips off the top for yourself. No thank not a chief vapor
