You'll be much more satisfied then if you spend it on bad product. I used to stop in at least twice a week to buy Hyde rebels. After several hundreds of dollars spent on disposables I had left the store after recently purchasing got to my car and it stopped working. I went back into the store to talk to them about what the options might be and was told there's nothing they can do. After realizing they don't care too much about the customer and only about the dollar I stopped taking my business here. Several months later also a few days ago I decided to give them another try this time I went in to get some Vape juice. The Vape juice I got is absolutely disgusting. Not the flavor itself but something is wrong with the juice. I thought maybe it could be my coil so I went in to buy a new coil and was sold a whole package of coils. Now I'm in about $40 I'm trying to get this juice to taste good enough to use however it's still disgusting. After speaking with an employee as well as a manager who reached out to the owner I was told the only thing they could do is give me a bigger discount than what they were originally going to give me on the next bottle that I purchase which would equal 25%. If I'm not satisfied with the bottle that I already bought why would I buy another bottle? The two things that concern me here are that well speaking to the employee I was told "If it was one of our juices we would care more but since it's not ours and we buy the product to resell we really don't care." So what you're saying is the product on the shelf is product they're going to make money on not product that they stand behind. The second concern is the value each customer holds within their company. The way that both incidents were handled shows they would rather lose customers then do their part in making something right. I will never take my business to chief vapor again. Treat your customers better. Without them your business is nothing.
