I don't have much to say other than there was some poor customer service and I was ghosted via email.

The selection of herbs and loose leaf teas was absolutely impressive. I've got my eyes on a throat soothing tea that I think would be great for the winter.

Now this is my kind of place!!! It is a tea shop that sells real teas -- I live in Austin TX and it…read morereminds me of Zhi tea, but more "apothecary"/old England garden type vibes. The place was POPPING on Friday evening with a long line so I didn't linger but I came back on sat in the AM and it was quiet. If you order tea they do have sweeteners available (monk fruit actually, I had not seen that before!), but they don't do lattes and things of that nature. I was having a stomach ache from eating too much sugar that morning and I got a cup of their peony honeydew tea which I think is new (it was on display when I came in). They prepare the tea bag for you and heat the kettle then you add water and steep your own tea. The flavor was GORGEOUS, I was very very tempted to buy a bag of tea ($12 each I believe) but I had already bought way too much and was trying to travel light - so maybe next time. The cup of tea was $3.50, and it settled my stomach very quickly. The worker who prepped my tea was also super sweet and nice to talk to! And in addition to tea, they did seem to have some other small, gift-y items. I saw a sign advertising afternoon tea as well, and they have large communal tables that invite you to sit and have your tea and study or work or read or just hang around. Overall it's a good thing this tea shop isn't in Austin because I would spend too much money here... it's got such an excellent vibe, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend a drop in to anyone who even remotely likes tea while you're visiting CO springs. It's an absolute gem of a shop :)

This is a follow up from previous review…read more Please understand I'm not a Dr, herbalist, or anything else to be considered an expert by any means, but I originally contacted Sage Consulting to order a product that I hoped would help my recently diagnosed diabetes and found this product most likely helped lower my blood sugar levels. Came across another product that was specifically made to assist lowering sugar levels also ordered this high sugar assistance product. After a few days of taking this and previous item I ordered, my levels are now in the good level. Can't say how anyone else may be affected with these items but I can say I'll most likely be ordering more of these products to avoid taking any medications for this problem, as much rather take something natural than fall into big pharma grubby hands.

After meeting with Valerie a few times and spending over $250 at her store, she referred me to another herbalist when I had a poor reaction to one of her supplements and having emailed her 3-4x in a matter over a 5-6 day period. Although I believe the herbs are of great quality, I am highly disappointed in the treatment I received by the store's owner and will likely not be making transactions here in the future.
