    BEWARE... I have been going to this store for two years…read more August 23rd 2024, I stopped to purchase a vape. When I went to check out , Donovan, the store manager rang me up. Then he informed me that my card did not go through because apparently apparently an employee the night before had unplugged their system. I was on my way to work so I paid for the vape in cash(in good faith) just so I could get done and on my way. I got down the street just a little ways checked my account and the charge had been approved in my account and was setting in pending . I went back to the store and showed Donovan. He called his boss Shawn, and then informed me to come back the next day when I return to the store the next day to find out about the charge which was still in pending in my account, I was told by the lady working there who had reached out to Shawn once again! That it would take three business days for it to go back into my account and that they had canceled it . Seven days later August 30 I returned to the store once again with my receipt for my cash payment And my online banking pulled up the charge for 25.51 is now hard posted in my account. Donathan once again reaches out to his boss Shawn, which informs me to wait another 3 days is this man dyslexic? Or just a crook. Way to treat your customers. Anyway, the charges are getting reversed, but no thanks to vapor maven !!! My bank has now stepped in . Yes I will get my money back but everyone should BEWARE OF THIS STORE AND THERE SO CALLED Management . they have lost my business, my word-of-mouth, and every review that I put out there will reflect how negatively they treat there customers. If I was you, I would NOT do business at this store because if there's ever a problem, guess what it's your problem. They don't give a damn. I will also be contacting there corporate office. they need some serious help in CUSTOMER service. 1

    Worst customer service ever! I bought my usual weekly order 3 days ago (about $180). I got home and…read morebroke my vape. So I went to buy a new one and exchange the pods I had just bought. Never even opened the boxes. They wouldn't exchange the pode. I had my receipt and everything. They said they can't do exchanges. Even though it says on the receipt that they can exchange an undamaged product for 14 days with a receipt. Then the manager asked me not to leave them a bad review. Wow. Horrible service. Plus, they sell vapes without carrying the pods that go to the unit, forcing you to buy another mod or go without. I won't go back!!. And he was so rude!!! (the manager)
