Open the top and there's evidently a rubber plug that doesn't fit into the disposable correctly that was supposed to be blocking the product. We brought it to the store to show the employee whom struggled to pull the rubber piece out. After giving up on pulling the piece out, she said "well these are just one gram" and then proceeded to call her boss to ask for help. Upon calling him, she laughed at us when we explained about the plug that didn't fit and said they wouldn't do anything about it. Took a chance on a local spot and definitely regretted it.
