After my 5th fogger, the discounts stopped, which I completely understand--no big deal, that's life. But lately, almost every vape I've bought has been half empty. I've even opened them right in front of her so she could see for herself, and she just shrugs it off like it's no big deal. When I brought it up, I was basically told I was SOL. I know it's my fault for continuing to go back, but I honestly figured they would've fixed the issue by now. It's the closest vape store to my house, so at this point I've really just been going for the convenience. I understand products can have issues, but when it keeps happening and you're literally showing the problem right in front of them, it's frustrating to spend money on something that's already half empty. Definitely not the same experience I had when I first started going here.

I…read morebrought back the first device with the receipt and was turned away because the person at the counter said they needed the original box it came in. Luckily, I had kept it. He was surprised when I returned with it and processed an exchange for a higher-priced item. The second device that failed was for cartridges. It failed to keep a charge after only a few weeks of use. I would charge it it would read 100% then minutes later 0%! This time, I returned with the box and receipt in tow, simply seeking a replacement for what was clearly a defective item. This time I was turned away by the young man who said they could not accept returns after 30 days! Given the failure rate of the products and the fact that they do not stand behind the products, I would NOT recommend this shop.

Providing someone with the correct tracking number after a large purchase is not rocket science.
