He was friendly and helped me find what i was looking for in one of their many cases. TONS of items for all kinds of tobacco, vape or other smoking needs. After I had made my purchase, he even offered me a free drink from their cooler! I will be making this my go to store for any of these purchases going forward. Nice guy and refreshing to know that there are still shop runners who want to help and be friendly. Every other Des Plaines store I went to I was essentially glared at until I bought something or left and NONE of them were as friendly as the gentlemen working the counter at City.
