Loved this place. Super convenient from our hotel across the street. My kids were able to eat there, all the pasta was egg free. We ate so much pizza and I could still go back for more. We tried the Quattro Fromaggi pizza which was my favorite. Thin crust, lots of flavor. The carbonara pasta was also delicious. And they had a real Caesar salad which tasted just like home. This food establishment is a must replicate and be brought here to the states. It is amazing. When you first enter the restaurant, each person receives a plastic card. You then proceed upstairs to a open seating area that has a Pizza station, and a Pasta Station; out in another room is the bar area with open seating the is a full service bar. Each time you go up and order, you touch your card to the dot on the counter and your card registers your order. Then when you leave at he end of the evening to hand over your card downstairs and pay the bill. My wife did a spinach calzone with cooked ham, spicy Italian salami, mushrooms, rosemary, thyme, tomato sauce, mozzarella (26,90 zl) - It was HUGE - She loved it. I did the Diavolo (spicy Italian salami, bell pepper, red onion, tomato sauce, mozzarella) pizze (29,90 zl). If you want delicious fast Italian that is made fresh and taste fresh, this is the place. Italian food is one of my favorites and as a traveling professional I get the opportunity to try restaurants across the world. This ranks high on my Italian list. Their pizzas are light, delicious and full of flavor. I got the salami pizza and the caprice salad. Both exceeded my expectations. The next day I came back to try the pasta. It did not disappoint. My friend and I were staying at the Warsaw Marriott and wanted to have a quick lunch before taking the train from Warsaw to Krakow. We entered and were given a plastic card and told to proceed upstairs. We looked at the menu and then placed our order which is then charged to the card and when you finish your meal, you pay based on what is on the card. My friend and I both ordered the same thing, we each got a pizza margherita which was of a significant size and absolutely delicious. I got a 7 up and my friend ordered a diet coke. We ended up sitting inside but there was a solarium area which would have been nice to sit in had we seen it before. It was and excellent lunch, reasonably priced, the staff was very accommodating and i would recommend and return. read more

An interesting concept that fails in the execution. There are different stations (antipasti, pasta, etc.) and you order what you want. All was OK until the pasta - so over cooked, mushy and tasteless we both abandoned our meals - alas! read more

If you like Italian food this place should be good for you. Short waiting time, wide menu. We tried pasta with chicken and pizza. It was very good. You can drink German's beers. This is a weird place. The system is very difficult to figure out, especially for Americans like me. You're given a card, on which all the items you order are placed. That's step 1. Then you have to stand in line to order something. That's if the chef even gets the time to pay attention to you. Then step 2: you tell the chef what you want and he will give you a pager. Step 3: pager will go off and you will pick up your food. The role of the waiters/waitresses is a mystery. The menu is also fixed. Just because you have a one-on-one interaction with the chef, that does not mean you have the option to customize your meal. Whoever came up with this system was either stuck in the "Eastern Bloc" era ideology (liked to stand in line forever), or was smoking something really strong. You can't wait for the chef whose cooking up 20 orders simultaneously to take your order. I noticed that there were some branches of this joint in the US; I don't know how they survived there. I doubt this franchise would make it big in the US. Lastly, I took a look at the food and that - in combination with standing in FRONT of the line for 20 minutes without being noticed - solidified my decision to leave without eating there. read more

Food is good, typical Italian taste. They make it fresh and fast in front of you. Very clean place and extremely kids friendly. Across from Marriott very convenient. Good for lunch, they make fish, bunny, and bear shape pizza for kids. read more

We were staying at the Warsaw Marriott and it was raining like crazy. We looked on Yelp and saw Vapiano right across the street. It has a setting just like the "Bon Marche" restaurants in Singapore (I know, a bit random but if you have been there, than you will know what I am talking about). When you enter, they give you a card to swipe and then you order at a counter. You choose between fresh-made pasta dishes, thin-crust pizza, or lasagna. They have a really cool outdoor eating area that is sort of like a rooftop, but totally enclosed by glass. There is a full bar with specialty cocktails and seemed like a pretty decent happy hour crowd. read more

I always feel like home! Quick, great and known food. The uniqe charm is that you can see the Vapiano style. However the location make It to be THE place. This one in Warsaw is embedded perfectly in a old town house. The terrace is covered with a glass roof. Fantastic! I would not eat in this place again if they were giving it away for free. If you can't cook pasta properly you cannot call it Italian! My pasta was one big glob with no taste whatsoever. Love love love this place! I've been to the one in Washington DC but it's not nearly as good. I guess there is something about the ingredients in Europe that makes the food all the more delicious! Great ambience! Cute decor! They grow their own herbs and veggies so that's a huge plus for me. They have a great selection of pizza, pasta and salads.
