    Nutellota - Nutella-filled pizza

Incredible food. Pizza was one of the best I've had outside of Italy. Dessert was insane. Get the Nutellota - basically a Nutella dessert crepe but inside pizza dough instead.

    Nothing special about carbonara

With pleasure I planned my visit to this restaurant as reviews were so good. We made a reservation and my friends got there on time. The smells were incredible so we were excited to be there. Good that we didn't see each other for so long so we had something to talk about while waiting for waitress 20 min. Place wasn't that crowded. That was the shortest that we waited this afternoon. We got 2 pizzas, 2 pastas and drinks. And then... We were waiting. First pizza came. Who got Capriciosa? My friend. Who got Margherita? No one. We explained that we ordered Diabolo. Waiter took 2 steps back and realized that actually he was holding Diabolo. Honest mistake! Some thing happened with pastas. I would think that there is visible different between pesto and aglio oilo but maybe it's just me. Finally we all got what we ordered so we started to eat. I got Aglio Olio which was underdone (a little bit to far from al dente) and didn't have this wonderful taste of garlic that was expected. Thanks god one of my friends doesn't eat pizza crust so I had this for my dinner. Pizzas ok, carbonara ok. Nothing special. We asked for the check and after 20 min we got it, paid and left. I expected more from this place maybe that wasn't their day.

I have eaten here three times in three days. It is one of the best pizzerias I have eaten at outside Napoli. It is better than a lot of the pizzerias in Italy. I would recommend the bufalina pizza or salsiccia e friarielli pizza with added tomato sauce. Eggplant Parmigiana and babà were also killer. The Polish beer they have on tap is cheap and good.

Diavola pizza with a Perroni and Coke Zero.

Best Napoli style pizza I've had since L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele in Naples. Pizza crust is soft and just the right amount of chewy. All the ingredients are very fresh and authentic. The location is a trendy street side location with a mix of traditional and urban industrial style. The service is fast and friendly and most servers speak some English. I have yet to find a place in the USA that does a Napoli pizza quite this good. My personal favorite is the Diavola (w/spicy salame) with a Perroni.

Good restaurant. The atmosphere is great and the food is authentic. We ordered the prosciutto and mozza appetizer as well as the Diavola pizza with pints of local beer. It was great. Thin crust authentic. Portions are good. We ordered and the food was ready in less than 10 minutes. On the constructive side, the restaurant has some bench along the windows side and they are very dirty ( looks like it needs to be cleaned ).

I was lucky to have this place really close to my home but in general it wins because of such good…read morelocation! Also is a get-away of all the other fast-food restaurants near by! San Lorenzo offers a very good relation price/quality that takes you to Italy for a while, or close to it.The outside part offers you cheaper meals and the inside has different menu and looks more fancy. Apart from the space, that I consider Ok but nothing ultra modern or impressive, the staff is really nice and it's a great restaurant for a more quiet time without being boring. Food: Pizzas are thin and presents lots of choices and fresh ingredients. Pastas are fresh and you'll have quite big portion. Steak (in the expensive menu) is amazing, soft and big. Tiramisu - I was really missing italian food! - it really surprised me. It was soft, like many others I tried in Italy! And this is a requirement for good tiramisu. Also, is a considerable amount for just 1 person! I always have good memories when here because is the perfect place for long talk with friends, accompanied by red wine from the house, and a Saturday afternoon passes really fast!

Very zen place. Clean, discreet, professional. The service is excellent and staff tiptoes around…read moretheir patrons with quiet grace and a smile. Food was adequate. I had green gnocchi with shrimps and squash gravy. I chased it with a glass (or two) of their white house wine (which was a bit too cold). We also tried a classic combination of arugula, pear and gorgonzola cheese. Being in a mood for cheese we had ravioli with gorgonzola filing. The portions are decent but not generous so it maybe a good idea to start with a soup or an apetizer. Our lunch ended with a meringue paired with sweet nut (or was it coffee?) creme and fresh strawberries. Here you should get a cup of coffee because it was very sweet. It's definitely a place for a special occasion. If you are looking for a quiet "me" time that's also a good place to go. I might pop in to try some of the more intriguing menu items when I feel adventurous.
