They have a relatively small menu but it is translated into English. It's traditional Czech cuisine. They also have a few prepackaged salads and beer. When I was there they were out of Pilsner Urquell and only had Kozel. Surprisingly (for how old school the place is) they do take card. I had chicken with mashed potatoes and really enjoyed it. The chicken was incredibly moist and well-cooked, and the mashed potatoes were tasty. The beer was poured well and was a refreshing accompaniment to the meal. I also had a cucumber salad on the side which was basically just cucumber slices in a very mild "brine" if you can even call it that. Pretty unexciting side dish but for 40 ck I can't complain. Prices for everything are unbeatable, haven't had another meal this cheap in Prague. Toilet was a little gross, the seating area is bare bones, and as expected there's no WiFi or anything. But again for the prices you can't ask for much. Would definitely return here.

It's cash only and don't expect nice seating or anything, but it was clean and there is a bathroom. I would come back to try more traditional Czech food. He asked me where I was from and why I was in Prague. I ordered off the lunch menu, and got the tuna salad. There weren't many veggie options, and I don't even like tuna salad-style tuna. They gave complimentary unlimited bread, which was delicious with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Later, I had vanilla honey tea after choosing from an assorted box. Tea was decent, nothing wrong with it. I didn't want something heavy, so I had a hard time choosing a light lunch fare. I would come back for dinner, as it smelled very good when they were cooking.
