Not too cool or too warm. That said, the interior is very warm and inviting. Looks like a great place to be when it's cold outside. It was quite busy for a Monday night. My server intuitively brought me an English menu. I asked for his recommendations for starter & he suggested Milled Shrimp in garlic. Perfectly cooked in a garlic olive oil sauce. The garlic bread had a pesto like spread on it and paired well with the Shrimp. For main, he suggested Pizza as that's what they are known for although the pasta dishes looked very good also. I ordered the Frutti de Mare pizza. It was a stretched pizza with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. Tomato sauce was superb! The crust was thin and light with crisp edges. They also gave you a good amount & variety of seafood. Many places really skimp when it comes to seafood toppings. Not 400! Paired it all with a Peroni. Amazing service and food! Will be back to try the pasta and other dishes. I have found another exceptional Italian restaurant in Malmö!

I started with the Tris de Poseidone (Carpacio with thinly sliced salmon, tuna and swordfish)-It was very tasty. I wasn't expecting the fish to be smoked and it was salty. Overall, a meal by itself. For the main course I had the Linguine ai Gamberino -Linguine with shrimp in garlic olive oil sauce-server suggested that the other fish pasta (Pacheri Allo Scoglio) would have been too much with an appetizer. The pasta was cooked perfectly and there was an excellent balance of sauce to pasta and the Prawns were done just right. Great service and definitely authentic Italian! Many were ordering pizzas/calzones and I saw many boxes on the way to delivery so looks like pizza is also excellent-next time. I would say one of the best if not the best in Malmö! Our choices for dinner (day before reservation) were seating at 6:15 or earlier or 9:15 or later so reservations well in advance are recommended. We started with cocktails (& they had a few creations) & had a "Buried in Sand" and a "Holy Mule-" Both excellent! Our server was helpful & made some wonderful suggestions once she found out it was our first visit. All the dishes (small & large) are great for sharing. As it seemed a staple of the menu (that changes daily) as well one of their specialties we decided to start with the Bastard Planka. A nice variety of house cured ham, salami, chorizo, pate & pickles-one of the best I've ever had. Also ordered the Klemmings Oysters as our second starter. So fresh, salty & exquisite! For main we ordered the Cod & the Munka Pork (as Pork is their specialty). Cod was cooked to perfection and the Pork had a crust that took it to another level. Both dishes were amazing! We finished with the Pistachio Ice Cream and Paris -Brest. Loved them both but the Paris-Brest is a must try! My only regret is not getting here sooner. Wonderful vibe with great service! They also have a bar area (open kitchen) where you can grab a seat to try some of the entrees or just have a cocktail, beer or glass of wine if they are fully booked. Will definitely be back. Michelin rating well deserved!
