There is a wide variety of herbal tinctures here, along with supplements, natural health products, and some snacks. Not a place if you want fresh produce, but there is a decent selection of items offered. It's small, so there was only one person there when I visited. She was helpful as she could be, and seemed to know a lot of people that stopped by.
