While I was walking by, a private security dog started barking and snarling, and the next thing I know, a private security officer is asking me whether I was carrying any firearms or explosives. (Where exactly I was supposed to have secreted such items while wearing a pair of jeans and a T-shirt, I do not know.) So, first of all, the mall's security dog is flagging visitors for carrying hazardous materials EVEN WHEN THEY ARE NOT. The security system is unreliable. And second, the security dog does not merely make a signal in these circumstances. This dog -- an enormous German Shepherd -- began barking loudly, leaping in the air, and charging at the end of its leash. It was TERRIFYING -- and the dog did this to me twice. All I can say is that I'm thankful I don't have a weak heart. It took a long time to stop shaking. I called the mall manager's office several times, but there was never an answer. No one is keeping watch there, and meanwhile there is a dog terrifying and harassing mall visitors. THIS MALL EMPLOYS A MAN WITH A DOG THAT TERRIFIES PASSERSBY AT RANDOM. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

I would give this company a rating of -100 if I could!…read more The President and Owner of Ancient Forumulas, whose name isGohlam (Mark) A. Aghakhani, apparently has a rage-a-holic problem! I wrote to them asking a question about their products. I did not receive a response so I forgot about it. Then days later, I got a phone call from them. I thought it was a solicitation call as it was in the evening and I get MANY of these types of calls on my cell phone. So I told him I wasn't interested and I hung up the phone. Then he decided to send me an email, and in all caps he wrote: "WE DO NOT NEED YOUR F+++ BUSINESS DO NOT CALL OR SEND ANY MAIL DO YOU UNDERSTAND ?.You B+++ch!" Needless to say, this shocked me! I couldn't believe someone who owns a business would speak to a potential customer like this. I am reporting him to every organization I can think of (including Better Business Bureau) and am also telling all my friends and business colleagues to not support his company. Also, I looked him up and he has a history, it seems, with the FDA writing him letters of warning about his products! Anyone who feels it is okay to speak to a potential customer - or anyone for that matter - simply because they are having problems controlling their anger, is not fit to do business. This guy should have held his tongue! DO NOT BUY FROM HIM. There are lots of other great herb and vitamin websites where there are people who really care about other people and won't bash you when they are feeling in a fit of rage.
