I'm new to vaping & had bought my vape device & juice online but failed to buy batteries & charger…read more As I was anxious to start vaping decided to go pick up the batteries/charger in-person rather than ordering online & a friend recommended Euphoria Cigar and Hookah Lounge. Last Sunday went there, my 1st time in a vape shop, & was impressed with the set-up .Lots of vapes, accessories, hookahs etc etc on display. I was attended to by Zack & showed him my device & what was needed & he quickly retrieved the the type of batteries & charger my unit required---no up sell. He was also patient enough to answer my multitude of questions. I'm unable to comment on the prices because I haven't really compared them to other vape shops or online sites. I'll definitely return to buy vape juice & also plan to vape on premises in the vape room.

Definitely don't cater to medical patients! Super annoying the drive thru closes an hr earlier than…read morethe dispensary closes, and got told multiple different reasons why and when it started. One employee told me they didn't have enough staff, then when the manger came out she told me it's "a law in Orange that they can't have the drive thru open the last hour", they also told me the "drive thru always closed an hr early", and one other time when I asked when did it start closing early and was told "about 6 months" because people would be waiting in the drive thru line and they would be closing, so which one is ???? It's also frustrating when you expect the drive thru to be open because you have your sleeping child in the car, which is why the drive thru is great, and would be even better if it was open till 8 like the dispensary is!

I had been intending to come in for quite some time since they opened simply to give support to a…read morenew business that was bringing something fresh to town. Recently, an individual who left a scathing yet suspicious review here on yelp posted on another platform, and something did not seem to add up. Further, they did so on this other platform, knowing that purple planes did not have an account on it and could not respond. I decided that not only would I give them the heads up about this incident, so they could address it, but that it was the day that I would go in. I have been suffering from some serious joint pain, and I have been looking for something to make the pain tolerable so that I can do what I need to do as most over-the-counter solutions do not work, or I cannot take in combination with other medication's. My doctor has yet to come up with a solution. Jose, who answered the phone when I called earlier to alert him to the incident, was so inviting and so kind. He was able to very quickly help me select the right product and variety for my needs, and helped me navigate the rest of the store. I was surprised to find out that what I needed was only $40. To further the customer service, I realize that I had left my wallet behind, And as it is necessary to present an ID and a payment card to complete the transaction, I ask if I could run home and get it. When I still could not find it, a friend said that she would take me, but they were closing at 8 o'clock and my friend and I did not connect until almost 5 minutes before they closed. I called, and not only did they answer, which many places would not do near closing time on a Saturday night, Jose said that they would stay late enough for me to get there. When I arrived, not only did he have my order ready to go, but, and appreciation for alerting him to the incident earlier, I was given a discount. Not only was I impressed, but my friend was so impressed that she intends to return. And so far, Jose's recommendation has worked.
